About
Located in the West Valley, Sundance Golf Club offers scenic views of the White Tank Mountains to the north and the Estrella Mountains to the south. Designed by Greg Nash, the golf course is unique in that it flawlessly blends lush green landscaping with Sonoran Desert washes and arroyos. The rolling terrain of this target-style course creates elevation changes that can affect play. Sundance Golf Club's signature hole is the par-3 sixth hole, which requires a precise shot over Sundance Lake to an undulating green that is sloped toward the lake. There are four sets of tee boxes on the golf course for many different options, but the Sundance Golf Club also offers a driving range, chipping area, and putting green.

Challenging course
I would recommend playing this course The course appears to be easy if you are a straight ball or fairway player this course is excellent Good luck
Sunday Golf
It was challenging if your off the fairway, need to hit where you can see it.
Pace of play
The pace of play was horrible and only saw the ranger once. The group in front of us was 2 holes behind and we constantly had to wait to play. Cart girl was exteamly rude as well. She yelled at my son for hitting a drive when she said " you don't tee off when someone is only 150 yards away from you. " we don't play like that here." Mind you she was aparently sitting in the shade and was not visable. He teed off after the group in front of us was heading to the green so they were not in danger. I may give it another shot but not really wanting a 5 hour round...
No time to warm up
I got a bucket of balls to warm up before playing. I was told that they were running on time so no problem. I'd have 30 minutes to practice. After hitting three balls, they called my name to get on the first tee.. I complained and said I was not ready. They said okay. Went back to the driving range, hit six more balls and then heard that I was number two on the tee box. Why do they always move me up from my tee time so that I don't have time to practice?
Good value for the green fee
Nice course in a community setting. Course was in good condition. My only complaint was pace of play was slow. That was a combination of player skill and overcrowded course. The Marshall moved us in front of the group that teed off in front of us after 3 holes. Play picked up but was slow again by the back nine. Round took 5 hrs.
Friday
Friday was a fast pace of play but we didn’t crowd anyone in front of us. The course was in great condition and the staff as always is quite enjoyable. I just wish memberships weren’t so pricey.
I think that it's sad that such a nice course doesn't have amenities.
Scenic
Everything about the course is great. Except not having a ranger. There was a 5 some in front of my 2 some. They wouldn’t let us play through until the 15th hole. We caught up to them after the 1st hole.
