Indian Wells Golf Resort - Players Course

Near perfect conditions. Beautiful layout. Good value for the money. Will definately go back.

Indian Wells players course is a very well layed out facility that will appeal to the golfer wanting to try a course that is very long and very challenging from the tips. There are several long par 4s that will test a golfers long iron striking ability. The greens were in good shape for this time of year. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with my visit. This is a world class venue that does a good job providing a memorable experience for their visitors. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in the Palm Springs or Indian Wells area!

Played 4 times this week on Players course. Celebrity course closed right now. Staff was super friendly, great merchandise in shop and cart service was always out and about. Food service is limited during the remodel so plan accordingly.

Easily the in the best condition compared to the other courses in the same pay range. The greens where immaculate, 10 on the stint, and sooo true. Fairways, tee boxes, staff. All top notch. If I didn't already have another tee time today @ La Quinta ......... I would go back in a heartbeat. Only downside, the bar and grill is closed for renovations.

Nice course, in pretty good condition. Greens were SUPER FAST. Quite a few blind shots which can be tough when you’re playing for the first time. Overall would recommend

When in palm desert this is the course to play. Beautiful grounds and the weather was perfect. I look forward to our next visit.

Rode the Orange Tees (6538/71.6/130) with Sal and Johnny in around 4H early morning. The weather was in the 80's, clear and fairly calm. Thanks to Johnny for setting this up and for IW for having us out!

The course conditions were excellent overall. I appreciate this layout more with each round played here. It would be challenging to walk since there are numerous tees 100+ yards from the last green. The customer service is always excellent here. Plenty of ice/water stations on the course. Nice GPS on the carts. Cart person came around numerous times. Complementary range balls on an all grass range is a plus.

The tees were lush and nicely maintained with few divots.

The fairways were lush and very nice to play from.

The overseeded rough close to greens, just off fairways and arounf tees is mowed down and not overly penal and is lush. The non over seeded Bermuda rough farther off fairways has good coverage but is not what I would call lush.

The sand traps were well maintained with fine sand.

The greens were smooth and putted medium fast speed. Firm with few ball marks. These large greens have many subtle undulations with few straight putts.

Really like this John Fought design that features 7 sets of well spaced tees. Par 72 (37-35). The course is a good mixture of flat and rolling hills. Large challenging green complexes. Challenging layout featuring many holes with fairways that are either narrow in the landing area or require turning the ball to get in prime positions. Highly recommended.

I golfed this course about 5 years ago and had very fond memories. This time

it was not the same experience. We arrived early to warm up but the driving range was not ready. The course appeared muddy and dry looking. Maybe this is due to the recent flooding but it was not what I remembered it to be. The bunkers seem to be everywhere and set up for a pro to get out of. We played The Players Course perhaps the other would be better.

I know they were over 10 on the stemp, maybe over 11 - very fast, very nice!

Very enjoyable day, nice course in great condition

Golfed the players side, paid 99 bucks for a 1:20 tee off, just got our 18 in before dusk. 4:15 minute round, good pace, good friendly staff and excellent course conditions. The off season rough was brown which is not visually appealing but played very fair. I had played the celebrity a few years back, and found it much friendlier to a higher handicapper. The players is a shot makers course and much tighter and tougher. Overall I was very happy with my Indian Wells experience again. Only downside was the range was out of service ( flood last week)

Wonderful good course, good test, prefect conditions. Highly recommended.

AWESOME course. Condition is perfect. Challenging but lots of fun. No housing/buildings to worry about. Some tight fairways but can miss left or right and not be in too much trouble. A must play.

I left Seattle to come to the sunshine! LOL!

Record rain fall for Palm Springs!

Great round, course was well kept!

Only complaint would be the sand in the bunkers was inconsistent!
