Seaview - The Bay Course

Got a good deal on golfnow and the weather held up. Greens were recently aerated, but putts still rolled well. Pace of play was great, and overall would recommend. Only downfall would be the layout. Almost every hole is dead straight, not much imagination needed.

The basic reason for the 4 star review and not a 5 star was a result of slow play and aerated greens. It took almost 3 hours to play the front 9 with mostly 2somes and 3somes on the course. It is a classy operation but fell short by not letting people know the greens had been aerated.

Tough but fair. Beautiful views. Played a great 4:15 round there. It was off season, so I can’t speak to the summer price. But, it’s a good value at the $69 that we paid.

No paving on cart path. It was full of water after rain and there was too deep holes. Never seen unpaved cart path golf course.

Great opportunity to play at this lovely course does not disappoint. Day was excellent. Most impressed with pace of play!!

Only time before this I was there to watch the LPGA, this day the greens had been aerated and were still bumpy, but still very fast, and greens tricky putting. Miss the fairway and your in for a tough score. Watch for the potholes around some of the tees. Will be back.

What a let down! They threw us out behind a tournament for juniors. $80 fee. Greens recently aerated. Large patches of the fairways and green sides were dirt or mud. The worst part...3:10 to play 9 holes!! Inexcusable. If you can’t make the children’s tournament keep pace, then don’t let public golfers on the course. We left after 9. Pro shop gave me a 18 hole credit which was nice but I can’t imagine playing it this year in the condition it’s in. This complex (bay and pines) was the best public in the area for a long time and it’s been trending down over the past couple years. Total bummer because the courses are both awesome. I’d recommend playing Ballamor, Shore Gate or Atlantic City CC instead.

March of 2019 was the first time I played at Seaview. I was suppose to play the Bay but, got moved to the pines due to an outing.

This time around, I found a good deal and got to play the Bay. It was a great day out on the course. Greens were the fastest I've ever played. A true challenge and I loved it
