PGA WEST Greg Norman Course

Beautiful course, with plenty of room off the tees. Typical Norman design. Plenty of challenges, but very playable. Fairways were excellent, but greens were top dressed with lots of sand and seed. Very bumpy and not great, but playable. Rolled true, but inconsistent, with some slow and others quicker. Tees were quite hairy but flat, and it didn’t matter much because of being able to tee it up. Pace of play was poor, as it took almost 5 hours to play .We did manage to finish, but was tough to see for the last two holes. Overall, very nice course and fun to play .Would recommend , but give yourself plenty of time to finish.

The pins should be color coded for distance Red front White middle Yellow back.

Always a favorite for us to golf when we can find an affordable price. Staff are friendly and helpful and the course is in fantastic condition; especially partial to the fast and true greens.

Mashalls should spend more time moving the slow groups along than telling players waiting in the fairways‘it’s going to be dark soon’.

Rob in the clubhouse was very helpful. Overall very good experience.

It has been years since I played this course but I absolutely enjoyed my round yesterday. The fairways were immaculate, the greens were in great shape but firm, the bunkers were in great shape, and the layout was beautiful. The course is very forgiving as long as you stay on the well manicured fairways. The Practice Facility likewise was in great shape with plenty of thick grass. My only complaint about the course is that the starter was very rude. I'm not sure what his problem was. Truly, he needs a lesson in etiquette. The Rangers were very nice and cordial. Everyone else was as well. Would play again in a heartbeat!

Great course but 1 thing I didn’t understand; we had 2 guys in a cart and 2 singles in separate carts (1 was only playing 9) . Starter and rangers only allowed 2 of the 3 carts in the fairways at a time. Have not seen that before.

Other than that oddity, great course. Rob in the pro shop was very helpful.

played with two members and their friend, great company, they were a big help since i hadn't played the course before. it was hard to miss a fairway when the fairway cut went wall to wall, no rough. if you missed the fairway good luck, dessert and bushes every where. the greens were beautiful, not to many ball marks to fix. bunkers were fine, great practice facility. not sure i ever found a signature hole.

We love the GN. Wish the patio and food service lasted long enough to gather after an afternoon round . Still love the course .
