Sun Village Golf Course, although located within a retirement community, offers a challenging game. This par-3 course has three sets of tee boxes to accommodate most skill levels and abilities. It has plenty of water on the back nine, adding to its difficulty. Although the course has homes surrounding it, there is still a laid back and quiet atmosphere. Since the golf course is aimed towards seniors, it is easy to walk although it does have a winding layout that some golfers get lost on. The Sun Village Golf Course being only for seniors is a misconception though, since the course offers a good game.

Boring…
Greens were OK, but fairways mediocre and tee boxes poor. Even for a par three course, a pretty boring layout with almost all the holes between 115 and 125 in length.
Pro shop, starter and Marshall were all very friendly and welcoming.
Amenities
There is a Bar with friendly staff. Nofood or snacks. The golf was fun. Great course to practice Iron play.
Good walking par 3 course
Enjoyed playing, played 18 holes in just under 3 hours. All holes under 160 yards.
Greedy
This is a waking course with majority of players older and they stack tee times at 7 minutes. Paid for 18 only played 7 because of over crowding, 2-3 groups on all tee boxes and no page of st enforced. Embarrassing that a par 3 course turns into 3 1/2 plus because of tee times.

As always course was in good condition with friendly staff.
Love this little golf course!
I wish this course was in my backyard. I’d be there everyday. Just challenging enough for me. Great place to practice your short shots.

Shortgame Practice
If your short game needs tuned up, this is the course for you. You will only need a handful of clubs.
Prefer playing longer course but this a great walk to enjoy great weather. Will say that the course is well maintainef

Beautiful weather and we had the golf course to ourselves. Staff in the golf shop are very friendly and helpful.
