Nice day slow play
It was a hot sunny day when we teed off at Crow Wood. The course was in good condition and looked nice. Unfortunately we were stuck behind a 4 ball that wouldn’t play us through which was annoying and held up up by more than usual as me and my golf buddy are fast players. We just got looks from the players in front who never once thought about letting us play through. The only other thing was the inconsistency of the sand in the bunkers they need to address this as the bunkers were awful to play out of. Other than that we had a nice day

Great golf course , tricker than it looks enjoy playing here , member’s and staff very friendly
Course good,,,But
Course condition was good apart from bunkers which were in poor condition again,very thin layer of sand ,,hard underneath. Greens good and fairways good

The course is in great condition. It was a really enjoyable round of golf with a variety of different holes

Due to me having COVID I could not play the course
Worth a visit.
Played Crowwood a couple of times now and enjoyed every time…Nice par 3 to start and then course really opens out. Couple of small inclines but nothing to worry about. Greens where excellent as was fairways. Pro shop Staff were extremely helpful and let us out early to stay in our two ball.
Afternoon off.
Played this course years ago & decided to try it again & we were,nt disappointed.
Course was in good condition although some of the greens had just been spiked which made putting fun but no complaints. All in all a good experience & would recommend.
Very welcoming
First visit to Crow wood. Very welcoming from pro shop to being out on the course. The course is in lovely condition and is not hilly so no problem getting around. Will definitely visit again
Lovely layout
Lovely course shame the greens weren’t to good and the bunkers could be doing with sand in them
Good value course
Greens need some work but we did play very early on in the season. The only real negative was that there were 2 groups of ladies out on the course who didn’t let anyone play through so it was a very slow round. Roughly 4 1/2 hours. There were quite a lot of annoyed groups out on the course because of the queue. Maybe a wee reminder to ladies and older folk to let faster groups play through would be a good idea.
Crow wood - a must play
Great course
Lacks a wow factor hole but a great track and well laid out
Quite forgiving it would seem but a test of your skills none the less
Thinking of joining based on today’s game
Was a damp day and the course was in great Nick and well kept
Greens are immaculate
A bargain at £18

Course in good condition some greens a bit patchy in places course was good even with the recent rain
