Bonnyton Golf Club

The guy in the pro shop was really friendly and helpful. The course was fabulous. The tee boxes were in good condition, the fairways we hit were in good condition and the greens were fantastic. Just a very good course and good value. Would definitely play there again There was a young girl on the practice green before we started getting a putting lesson and she put on an absolute masterclass. I was tempted to ask her for a lesson! Great to see the youngsters getting into golf. Happy days

Very windy day at Bonnyton but really enjoyed our round. Course was in excellent condition with greens like a carpet. Highly recommend a visit but don’t expect scoring to be easy as a lot of greens are raised and turtle back. Staff very friendly and food in clubhouse tasty too.

Bonnyton is a great course, a nice walk, not too long, not too hilly, some tricky holes, I got a Hot Deal and played for £20, outstanding value. The Pro in the shop was friendly and welcoming, the course was quiet on the day we played so it worked out well as we could relax more and take a little more time as no one was behind us. Do yourself a favour and play Bonnyton 👍

Been meaning to play this course for years now but never got around to it, wish I had.

The course is in fantastic condition, the greens were excellent, smallish greens and really quick.

There are no two holes the same, very varied.

It is quite hilly so it plays a bit longer than the yardages suggest.

The scenery is fantastic and the course has a lot of trees.

The rough is punishing but fair, you can find your ball but difficult to get to the greens if you find the rough.

The pro shop is good and the staff are friendly.

I will definitely play here again.

I used to play off 6 handicap but I haven't played for a number of years until last year and my handicap is a lot higher at the moment.

There has been a massive effort by the ground-staff at the club in terms of tree removal which has made it seem more open and to be honest more playable

Opens it up to some fantastic views over East Ren

The course is in great condition , greens are quite slow as early in the season but still very fair

There are some really nice holes and some very good par 5s

A couple of low index par 3s caught us out , take an extra club to reach them

The professional is very welcoming and has a very well stocked shop

We managed to get on the course although it was off mats it was still very enjoyable. It was still full greens

The course was in great condition , early March to come off with no mud on trolley or shoes was unexpected

We played on a Monday so it was very quiet therefore we could play at a leisurely pace

This is a beautiful course high above Eaglesham with a great layout , some very challenging holes and stunning views of the surrounding area

Fantastic parkland course. Given the recent bad weather course was in great condition and played well.

First time playing will be back greens awesome well looked after course The only down side was the weather, very windy and had to come off at the 16th heavy rain but you can't control the weather .

From the very helpful pro in the shop, to the condition and layout of the course, really enjoyed my round here. Will definitely return. Was too late finishing to have time to try amenities, hence only 4 star

We play our own courses and check golfnow for hot deals, using our monthly voucher from golfpass we were recommended Bonnyton so we had tee off at 1.30 course was excellent condition, it's on our list to return to.
