tough course for high handicap golfers, worth playing can only get better at playing a course like this. Whole place was immaculate!

I used to play this course when I was young. Last time I played was 40 years ago. When back in Glasgow I decided time to finally go back. I was not disappointed. The course was almost exactly as I remembered it with many interesting but challenging holes. Condition was great and as a special bonus they threw in some very non-Scottish sunny weather!

Lovely course. Got lucky with a sunny day. Greens had been cored and sanded, but was advised of this prior, and at this time of year to be expected.

Almost spring,the sun is out low wind a new course to play. Perfect conditions for a round,well maintained fairway,flag in the distance small gully teasing a trap across the fairway. That was just the first ! Not disappointed by the course in the way each hole offered a different character and challenge. As you weave your way around the course some stunning views gorgeous landscaping and obviously a good team of ground staff scuttling away, preparing repairing and renewing. Cannot fault the course loved it 10/10 ,shame about the golf though ,would love another round maybe before the end of summer,thank you.

Enjoyed the layout and the challenge of the course. Played off winter tees will go back when summer tees are on. Only 2 winter greens on which was good for this time of year.

Just a wonderful afternoon playing a beautiful course.

The staff were super friendly and thanks to them all in the pro shop and bar.We could not have picked a better day; -the weather was sunny and the views all over the course: well just amazing.

Definitely be back as it was a challenging course and needs a little understanding to play the right shots off the tee. For a first time outing however, I think we were just satisfied to have played such a wonderful golf course.

Excellent course. Was late in season and coming after a wet period. Couple holes were winter greens due to oncourse maintenance. Bit wet underfoot but playing from mats on fairways helped.

Played course for the 1st time and it was amazing.

Greens were great ( even though they had been spiked and sanded) and are a credit to the green staff. Can’t wait to be back next year in the summer when they’ll be at their very best.

Tees and fairways were also immaculate. Bunkers , didn’t go in any of them so can’t really comment but looked nice from a distance.

Course layout is great and some of the views of the surrounding area/ holes are to behold. Fantastic .

The layout and design is brilliant and very enjoyable to play. The course was in excellent condition. The service from all the staff was first class and we were made to feel very welcome. I would highly recommend a visit here and I would definitely return.

Excellent course, see why it's the best in area. Greens were being dressed but this didn't detract from being an enjoyable experience. Holes 11 and 12 bit of a lung buster. A course that you would never tire of playing. Lucky members.

We really enjoyed our round. Very scenic and the course was remarkably dry considering the rain that had fallen in the previous days. We had a fourball and played round with out any hold ups. Then were warmly welcomed in for late lunch. Staff could not have been better. A great day was had by all.

First time playing East Renfrewshire and heard a lot of people say its one of the best if not the best in the area. Course was in really great condition considering the recent bad weather. What let it down was on quite a few holes you had to tee off from just the normal grass and on one of the holes it was a slope. Unacceptable for a club with this reputation IMO. Why not just use temp mats ? Also i got stuck behind a 4 ball on the 2nd hole and they just would not let me pass. I was a solo player. Guess the age of the ignorant 4 ball. Yes all around 70. What is it with these old people who wont let you pass. I think a clubs members say a lot about the club and for that reason i wont be back. Shame as it was a very nice course.

a little bit hilly for me (older golfer) would defo hire buggy some steep hills, course in great condition greens were fantastic, would defo play again, would recommend this course 5 stars

Professional was a gentleman and made us very welcome.

Enjoyed the course so much that this was our second visit with a bigger group. Whole course was in great condition and decent weather added to enjoyment. Winter mats were in use or alternatively taking your ball into semi rough was an option. We all probably dislike playing from mats but don't let this put you off visiting this club/course.
