Wonderful and wonderful

I enjoyed golf in Scotland for the first time. All the staff were so kind, and especially with the interest and kindness of the staff of the Pro Shop, my first play started with tension, but soon I was able to enjoy it comfortably. It was a rather easy golf club in Par 66, but thanks to this, I was able to fully enjoy it without stress. If I have a chance, I want to go again.

First round of the year

Friendly welcome good pace of play and course was in good condition considering the weather over previous days with only a few soggy patches underfoot but the weather held up and even got some sunshine really enjoyed our day and will definitely be back very good value paid £11 for a 12 noon tee off would definitely recommend

Great looking course.

This course looks great, such a nice area and lovely scenery.

Even the drive there was nice.

We played this on a Saturday morning, it was our first time but we managed to plot our way around just fine with a little help from a few friendly members.

It's not a very long course, with quite a few par 3's and no 5's.

All the greens were on and playing well.

This was an absolute bargain for the price we paid, and we will definitely be back.

A Great Find

A fantastic wee course with several 'signature' holes. All greens were open on a day which started very frosty which was great to see.

Well worth a visit.

Good course great value

Course was quiet, probably due to it being Hogmanay.

Winter greens were in good condition, course layout was good.

Other members and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

First timer 29/12

Unfortunately bad timing, no pro shop open and access to bar area was by keypad and no one around, course was wet and soggy in places but after the amount of rain it was actually not that bad, due to conditions having to play of mats on fairways but all green.s in play and in remarkably good condition for the time of year, overall worth playing but not around the holiday season.

Thick Fog

On arrival course covered in thick mist unable to see the ball from the tees but managed not to lose a ball despite that. After 9 holes mist lifted and could finally see the course seemed very nice. Play was held up by two threesomes ahead playing quite slow ended up joining the twosome in front of me because we were waiting all the time. Turned out well the two members were really nice guys and enjoyed playing with them. They had been members for 20 odd years. All in all first 9 holes difficult couldn’t see a thing second nine nice course would play again. Only downside is the road leading into the course its very narrow with few passing places.
