Recreation Park 9 Golf Course

It was a good time and since it was a last minute tee time booking. I didnt pay much for the tee time, it was a lot of fun

Great course for a quick 9. Excellent grass conditions and plenty of par 4 holes. No big dog leg holes, just a few slight left and right finishes that allow you to see the green flag from the T box. Lots of simple par ops for accurate hitters. Hole 7 par 4 has an epic drive opportunity over the pond and onto the green or short of green for those big 250+ drivers. It was a fun place for a 2 hr game and I’ll for sure be back.

I've played here 6 or so times over the past year. It's a great course to get some play in but not take up the whole day. I like the four par 4's- the first 2 are pretty short and easy and the second 2 are more challenging. Most of the par threes are between 100-160, so not short ones that you get at other shorter courses. Really no complaints about the conditions. The greens ran smoothly, the bunkers were in good shape and the fairways were mown nicely. You can find great hot deals on golfnow for about $10-15 to get out before 7:30 am. Staff is always very friendly too. Will continue playing here.

I have played Recreation 9 since doing summer camps there in the early 2000’s. It is a well kept course with a very beginner friendly layout. People are always extremely nice here, and the greens are some of the best for a “budget” course around

Great time. Was backed up a bit but it was cool playing with the twosome we were paired with. Had lots of fun with them.

Course conditions were fine, but as can be expected on a Sunday afternoon, pace of play was particularly slow (no reason for a par 31 to play longer than 2 hrs, let alone 2:45).
