Good condition for the time of year. Some lovely holes. Good greens. Very friendly members and staff. Would defo play again
Fabulous flat course in tip top condition at a very reasonable course. Will definitely be back.
Great value for money course to play in top conditions, greens are fast and play well. Food inside was very good and great value for money.
Very good course
Great course for the price, challenging without being overly punishing as some courses can be. Tight and flat with good greens with some interesting shapes and pin positions.
Could be better
A short layout but straight of the tee is key
No signage to the 5th and 14th tees, which was frustrating
No pro shop or food available on the day
Needs some investment
Not impressed
Course condition was good weather nice however still playing winter greens which cut the holes in half nearly, really disappointed as wasn’t expecting this after really good weather. Really boring course very flat so suited to older generation, not much excitement with the holes really easy and not much to trouble you.
Won’t be back.
A little trying
You expect the fairways mats with winter tees and some greens but wish I'd have seen beforehand and I'd have gone elsewhere, be ok in the summer/autumn, but this low lying course on the Levens floodplain was pretty damp and muddy, despite drainage work attempts was worse than Wishaw
First time playing this course enjoyed it throughly nice and flat if you don’t like hilly courses like myself and very well maintained for being the winter months definitely will play the course again.
Good course to play and nice and flat if your not a fan of hilly courses

Mats for fairways and most tees. Course in good condition. Greens 10/10.
Great short parkland course
A lovely short parkland course with some nice testing holes that make course management a priority, I really enjoyed myself and will come back and play in summer.
My only negative was that no where in the booking did it mention that Matts where required after 1/11.
A great welcome
Played on one of the best days this year and our first time playing there.. Course was tricky and not at its best but none of the courses are at the moment due to the weather we’ve had. We had a warm and friendly welcome from staff, members and ground staff. Catering was quick and tasty although we only had a breakfast roll. Look forward to going back next week for our County match
dearer
played a good few times last year as the GN midweek price was usually good value at around £16. however its jumped away up to £27/£28 this summer so unfortunately im priced out - which is a shame as its a grand course, flat and well maintained. would love to returm if it became more affordable again.
Poor greens
The greens were what we would call hairy. Mid September and we played on 3 winter greens. Not the best
