Fun course. Watch out for that rough!
Cool weather.

Nice and fast greens.

Old but still a GPS in cart.
I can play every week here.
Rough is hard and thick. Even if you saw ball land, you might not be able to find it. Watch out!
Hurry up and wait...
This was the longest round of my life - 6 hours on a Monday afternoon. It was the wild west out here: no starter on the first tee so groups were going off every 5 minutes and there were some with 5 or 6 players ! The traffic on the Par 3 3rd or 4th hole had the 405 Freeway look manageable
Slowest Round in 10 Years
9 holes in 3 hours with a projected 6+ hour round. I called the clubhouse at the 3rd tee as there were 4 groups on the par 3 and no marshal. We had to cut our losses after 9 or we would have not finished before dark. The clubhouse guys were apologetic but just said it was slow today. Was one of my favorite courses.
Great overall value
Very good overall golf course condition combined with a fair test and challenging holes for both highly skilled golfers and beginners.
Nicest Muni in LA
Course was in incredible condition. Greens were immaculate.
Great Course
Enjoyed the classic course layout with the challenge being reading the greens. Greens are fair with subtle breaks to keep your attention.
Eldorado ruff
The course fairways and ruff need cutting. Plays long from blue tees
Good course
Typical Friday afternoon. A few too many players out. But the course was in good shape. Greens were smooth, fairways were good, and sand was good. Tee boxes were a little chewed up from lots of play, but simply moving the markers would address that issue. Still one of the best public courses in the area. Fun place to play.
Had a great time
It was a fun round. First time at Eldorado but will not be the last. Little slow but that was expected so I had no disappointment.
Great condition
I haven't played here since the heavy rains but the course is in absolutely great condition. Only bad part of it is some players think they own the course and they play at a snail pace, with no Marshall to be found anywhere. Great good st the turn with outside barbecue items. I Highly recommend it

El Dorado is great
One of my favorite courses, highly recommend it to anyone. High degree of difficulty.
SLOW SUNDAY
I understand weekend rounds at public golf courses may not offer the snappy play I desire, but the pace of play at El Dorado is unacceptable. I teed off as a part of a threesome at 1230pm Sunday afternoon, and put my clubs back into my trunk 600pm Sunday evening. Fivesomes litter the course and no rangers anywhere on the grounds to enforce pace of play. We waited on every teebox, sometimes behind 2-3 other groups before playing the next hole. The course offers a good mix of different yardages and holes point in different directions, forcing the player to use every club in the bag... And you will have plenty of time to think about that next shot as you wait, and wait, and wait...
Greens
It's not really a negative thing because it has to be done but putting sucks when the greens have been plugged

Nice course but grins were sanded looks like the day before and did not mention it when booking
