Troon Links - Fullarton
About
The Troon Links - Fullarton sits just minutes from Royal Troon Golf Club's links and comes in at a relatively short 5,000 yards, making it appropriate for newer golfers or a quick warm-up.
The Troon Links - Fullarton is uplands links and features narrow fairways that undulate and are guarded by heather and gorse. The long hole comes first, measuring 434 yards, and six par-3 holes require precision rather than power.
Many golfers golf the Troon Municpal Fullarton Course in tandem with Lochgreen or Darley. Others, such as women and short-gamers, choose just these 18 holes.

Troon
Always seem to score with the cracking weather in troon . Course was in good condition . Could be better signed tee boxes was the only let down .
Very well maintained greens
The only reason the wuality of fullarton gets 4 stars is because of the fairways not being the best
But the greens are almost worth the 5 stars alone
I will definitely be back
Great short course
Always great conditions no matter what time of year you play, also it’s only a 3 hour round if you don’t get held up.
This course is great for all types of golfers from beginners to more experienced players ,well designed flat greens are well maintained fairways in good condition ,staff very friendly and helpful would recommend this course to anyone . There is another 2 more courses which run adjacent to this one which gives u a good choice of courses to play would definitely give these courses an 7+ out of 10
Early in season
Played course early one Sunday morning mid March. .course still needs some work done to get it ready for play. Green a good 3,4 weeks away from ready. We're bumby and not short enough. A bit more work could be done filling in rabbit holes on fairways, better use of time rather than cutting down gorse .
Good fun
Good fun smaller golf course ideal for beginners and golfers short on time.
Shocking state of course
This course has gone down hill rabbit holes all over the place grass very bald and solid in places like hitting of concrete people skipping on slowing play down and kids going to school in morning cutting over course stealing balls payed £52 for two ball defo not worth it Troon links need to get a grip these courses are falling apart
