Great course…

Great course, but it’s expensive, and they need to provide ore opportunities to get water. We played in 100 degrees and by 15th we were dragging despite filling our bottles at the rare opportunities to do so. For that price, they should include more waters in cart and even have folks drive around with water fillips since they don’t have coolers throughout course to fill up.

This was definately the best money I could spend playing golf. It was truly a wonderful golf course. Greens were Awesome as was the fairways and bunkers.

Great course

This is a very well maintained course; superb even. However the rates are extremely high especially for this time of year; $170 weekend morning rate. I believe these prices are based on the fact that they USED to host the Shell Houston Open and that the PGA tour USED to play on the course. I will say that the greens, tee boxes, fairways and bunkers are the best around.

Worth it.

Tournament course was in great shape aside from a slightly higher than expected number of ball marks on the greens for an afternoon round. Otherwise pristine. Fast greens, mostly fairly flat.

Layout was awesome, will be playing here again. Can’t beat their afternoon rates.

Only critique I have is that they need to have a marshall. At that price on a busy weekend, gotta have one out there making sure people aren’t doing stupid things and holding people up.
