Always solid
The course is in great condition as usual. From the comfortable carts to the challenging greens this course is my favorite. They got the bunkers back in shape this week which is a plus. The only down side is getting food and drink, I haven't seen a cart girl in three weeks and the only place when playing is at the turn, so plan ahead.
Beautiful Course
This was one of the more beautiful courses I have played. It’s well laid out and a lot of fun. Most comfortable golf carts I’ve been in with the built in screens that track your score and provide course details and insights.
The only negative was there was no drink cart person, no drinks at the turn, and it was hot and sunny. Just load the cooler on the cart up before you start to stay well hydrated.
Sunday evening at the golf course
The Golf Club of Houston Tournament Course is an excellent and challenging layout. It used to be the home of the Houston Open, but there are multiple tee boxes to make it enjoyable for all golfers of all skills levels. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our round. The staff was great, and the course was in excellent condition. One group in front of us played scramble format from the tips, which was beyond their capability. This slowed the pace of play, and a marshal should have helped speed up the process, but I still highly recommend the course.

Don't listen to the negative reviews on here. It's a golf course and if you want to golf the course is great. If you're looking to make friends and family, maybe look at the reviews. In that case. We had a great time. The course was fun. Amazing! The front was hard back was a little easier. Friendly staff wouldn't change anything. Great time

Excellent
This course is tough for a 15-20 handicapper but it's well worth it. Tee to green it is just a great course. No complaints on the course condition. Perfect!

Golf club of Houston is a fabulous track well-designed challenging in great condition with the super staff and practice facility. If you can stand the heat look for afternoon deals on GolfNow it’s a bargain.
Great course great rate.
This was a nice challenging course in great shape. Everyone was friendly unlike the ratings I recently saw about this course. We played super twilight and got an unbeatable rate and finished as soon as the sun was going down. Great course!
Beautiful, must play course
We had a great time. Course was in great shape and we were lucky to hop in front of a slow/moderate group and didn’t see another 4some until we finished
One concern, they need to have more water available. They did provide 2 water bottles, but with it heating up, an opportunity to refill them or at least a refreshment cart to drive by would have been welcome. We saw neither.
