Chardonnay Golf Club

Had a tee time of 12:27. Arrived at 12:00 and found out there were no carts available. The people behind the counter were not very helpful and knew very little about the situation and the cart availability. .We had to wait over an hour for carts. We played all 18 holes and did not leave the course until 6:00. So the total time was 6 hours. This is way too long. We have played other courses around the Napa area and have not had trouble like this at any other course. Very disappointing.

6 1/2 HR Round. Our Tee time was 11:39am did not get back to our car until 6:41pm. Per Pro shop they were running 10-15 mins delay. It was very hot mid 90's. Cannot do anything about the temperature slight breeze help a lot.

Course was in great shape. Staff kept everything moving. Only complaint ,would have been nice to have flagsticks to see pin location. Other courses have flagsticks that no one removes which is better.

Love this course and it's sister course eagle vines. Nice challenge. Greens were in great shape. Played after a run but drained well. Playing here again soon.

I have played Chardonnay since it was 3 / 9s and a private course. I have always loved the course. Never felt that even when I was young that it would be an easy walk especially if you are carrying your bag. My best friend and I played today I had a push cart and he carried. It was so fun to get out and hit the ball the weather was perfect and conditions were great. It was a great round but bring a push / pull cart. There are some long uphill carries on the back 9 and they do not have pull / push carts to rent. The Range is open pulled up cups are cheating but I got to golf. Thank You Chardonnay

The course was is good shape . Playing with raised cups with no pins was a trip. . Harder to see the holes but easier once you did with middle of the green placements. . The wind picks up after noon but just another challenge. The staff has gone to great lengths to open this course and I for one appreciate their efforts!. A wonderful day!

I was able to get out and make some shots,it was great end of story

I ended up canceling.. because I am not their county resident:) It’s not their fault.

Me and the rest of my golf buddies was devastated, because the reservation say, cart included. Apparently its not, we did not bring our pull cart, so we had to carry our bags. We eneded up playing 11 holes only! We even called the proshop and and double chameck regarding golf cart and they said it goes with the game.

Love the course but was unable to play cause it was close, can I get my $10 back for booking through golf now?

I got an email that Chardonnay was open even thru the COVID19 requirements "if" we follow certain instructions. Well it was too good to be true, but i booked a round of golf just to find out it was closed. I don't believe it was GolfNow's fault, they had to have gotten their info from Chardonnay itself. So when Napa did shut down the golf course, they didn't have the courtesy to send another email BACK to us and let us know, but had us drive to Napa just to get turned away. Chardonnay should refund us our booking fee since our gas and toll won't be refunded, it's the least they could do. They knew the same day they sent out the email it was shutdown. A simple return email would have saved you. Shame on you Chardonnay!!!!

Horrible, website advertises it as open and tee times are available. Paid booking fee, they took my money. Drove all the way to find a little handwritten so saying closed. Would’ve been nice to know that earlier thanks a lot horrible experience.

wasn't able to play due current Covid 19 situation. .will i be refunded my booking fee???

Only issue is that the fairways are drying out / the ball rolls forever! Actually, for me, that’s a good thing!

Friendly staff, across the board.

Of all the courses I play in the area, this course actually has sand in it's bunkers. The course is well maintained. I was asked several times during the round if I needed any food or drink. The pace of play was good. I'm very pleased with this course and will play it as often as possible.
