Eagle Vines Golf Club

The course is in good shape but the bunkers are absolutely pathetic all the sand is on the sides of the bunker and if you are sitting in the middle there’s a few millimeters of sand and then it’s clay underneath that so if you are green side good luck.

Wonderful views and good course design.. the greens were rolling at about 9 and fairly smooth…. The fairways were a run down in spots for course that typically charges $90..a little over priced but worth playing occasionally….

Rain stopped early morning after few days so understandable cart path only, bunkers were ponds, water on cart paths

Had never played eagle vines so I tried it out on a cold, wet day. The layout is good and because of no rain until the day we played, it was firm and drives rolled out. Greens are in great shape and the pace of play was excellent, again because of the weather. The bar/ restaurant was closed by the time we finished, understandably. It was a great value with points/ hot deal and we were paired with a local who had knowledge of the course.

Tee time at 11am. Took us an hour and a half to get to hole 4. We called into the pro shop to have a Marshal come out and help with the pace. All he did was come find us, lie to us about how that is normal pace, when there is a sticker on the cart that says 4 1/2 hour round or under. The marshal was no where to be found the rest of the round. That is until we found him blowing up the bathroom at the turn.

Although my back was hurting, on and off (skip a few holes) we had a great time! Course was great!! Only love one ball the entire round. Definitely much more improved from the last time!

I live in American Canyon, so I'm in the middle of several golf courses in the area. Eagle Vines is by far the best maintained course I have played lately. The fairways were well groomed. If their was any dry or hard pan areas on the course, I didn't see them. Even the Bunkers were groomed fresh sand etc. The Greens were fast and in great shape. I wasn't expecting any of this. You would of thought that their was a PGA Tour event going to be played on it.

From the tee off, every shot to follow. I was waiting 5 minutes minimum. Slowest round of my life. I will not be returning here despite being nice conditions and a pretty course. They don’t care at all how slow it is. People hitting 2-3 balls each. I had to skip several holes because we were moving so slow. 90 minutes through 4 holes. Noon on a Tuesday. Try somewhere else… not worth it

What a fantastic course. And if you happen to snag a hot deal..🎉 definitely the best value on GN .

The back 9 is incredible. Every hole is a dog leg.

Find a sunny day, get that hot deal, enjoy. You won't regret it

We stopped playing this course two years ago because of that lack of piece of play today two years later we thought we would give it a try so we got played eight holes in 2 1/2 hours. Cloudy day rained yesterday course was half full should’ve been no delay 2 1/2 hours. Hate the holes. Try Chardonnay.

It had been almost 15 years since I last played here and unfortunately it has gone completely downhill. Staff were nice but they were short handed so lots of complaining about “I normally don’t do this job” I think they were given the carts for free from my local municipal course who bought new ones 5 years ago. It was wet out and you can’t help course being soaked but it looked as if they have major drainage issues. Chardonnay was the only slightly better. Hopefully they get some new ownership and do the course justice for such amazing locations.
