Needs adult supervision and guidance

Seems to be a lot of young adults and or teenagers handling the ins and outs of this course. From check in, cart assignment, no marshals, allowing groups of new players group up with four carts and 8 players on the same hole (not making this up), and overall very slow pace. The cart part could use some significant improvement with cracking, and large breaks.

Terrible pace of play!!

We were ready to tee off at 12:20pm, the 12:24pm group was no where to be found, ask starter to go first but was denied, even though the group ahead was already on the 2nd hole.

They finally tee off at 12:30pm, each players hitting two balls into the hazards, took them 25 minutes to finish 1st hole and the same on the 2nd hole. Waiting 50 minutes for 2 holes just ruined our round. Called pro shop for help, marshal came and confirm they were 2 holes behind but didn't make any difference. If we were allowed to tee off first it would have been a 4hr round instead of 5hr+ in 90+ degree heat, just ridiculous.

Great Golf Course

Hiddenbrooke, is the best course in the Fairfield, Vallejo area! It has so many memorable holes that would be signature holes anywhere else. The only hole I don’t like is #2, but it’s probably easy for the scratch golfers. There are a lot of elevation changes and dramatic par threes!

Best round in awhile

Weather was perfect (85 degrees, mild breeze, sunny). Pace was totally up to me (played solo w/ no one in front or behind). Most importantly....the greens were impeccable AND FAST. My favorite local course (even if 40 miles from my SF home). The layout and variety of the holes is special. Nothing to do w/ course, but had my best round in a couple years (included 2 eagles on par 5's---40' putt and 60 yard pitch-in). Always a warm reception in pro-shop. My day was excellent.
