Winter Golf
After a heavy nights rain we found the course wet but not as bad as we thought it would be.
Greens where in good condition and running true best we have played this winter.
Will certainly play again.

Hole in one
Meet 2 great guys through the Golf Now App Cairan & Michael at Shandon Park. They drove up from Lurgan
Both these young guys were big hitters and great players.
When we arrived at the 13th hole Cairan took out a 9 iron which l thought wasn't enough for the 167yards but surprised us all by hitting a perfect hole in one.
No luck involved, a beautiful high draw which spun back into the hole.
Well done Cairan, great golf shot, Rory couldn't have played it better.
He's buddy Michael was the best 5 iron player in the Country and l got 2 birdies.

Love playing Shandon Park. The staff and course are fantastic. I booked on Golf Now and received a very warm welcome.
Great course, in very good condition .
Greens were perfect, lovely long fairways, very picturesque.

Good variety of holes
Course was in good condition good variety of holes unfortunately 2 of my party couldn't play so I lost 38£ because you can't get a refund

Very good course conditions, although we were caught out by how slow the greens were in comparison to most we've played on lately.
Lovely parkland course.
Best greens I've played on this year. Tee boxes not great. Nice day out with my brother and the other two boys we got paired with from golfnow. Would play again.
Well looked after
Course is very good on the eye and the speed of play was nice and quick and staff were nice but for £80 a round you would expect that little bit more, maybe a nice pitch marker or tag for your bag as a keep sake and maybe a half way toilet but as I say can't fault the layout, condition of course or the staff but in my opinion if your paying that price it has to be more than just a nice course and friendly staff.. would play again if their was a hot deal

Very nice course some hills but not too much and goid greens
Brilliant course, fantastic conditions
Course is in very good shape. Tee boxes are cut down lovely and greens are superb. They were slightly hard so it was a bit difficult keeping the ball on the green but I'm sure a bit more water will fix that.
Nice course but lack of info about temp greens
Hadn't played shandon for a few years and enjoyed playing it again to some extent. Course was in good condition and it's a great layout with some lovely holes. But there were lots of temp greens which we were not informed about on arrival. Really wish courses would let visitors know this in advance as we are paying money and it is so frustrating. I wouldn't have played knowing there would be several temp greens in operation.
A very pleasant round
Had a very enjoyable round at Shandon Iwas a member there for 40 years so know the course very well
It was in excellent condition only slight issue was the greens had been hollowtined and sanded which made putting somewhat of a lottery
