Carnalea Golf Club

The course was very scenic and the greens were in great shape. If it's your first time playing it, you will certainly need someone there with you that knows the course as there are some blind shots.

Aside from holes 7-9 which are by the water and can be difficult with a lot of wind coming off the coast, the course is fairly easy. You can definitely go low if you get the speed of those very fast greens.

This place is always good I highly recommend it.

A couple of risk and reward holes make it great fun.

If it were my club I'd swap the front 9 to be the back 9 but it's a little cracker of a course

Was 45 mins late due to traffic problems,but no problems with club walked straight on course,in fantastic condition,lovely challenging course do recommend always doing hot deals

Had a very enjoyable round of golf at Carnalea GC. Course was in very good condition and some interesting and tricky holes made for an enjoyable round. Some of the holes are quite hilly but similar to other courses in the area.

Views over Belfast Lough are fantastic.

Front nine running by the sea are spectacular with greet sea views. We were lucky the weather was stunning and we could see for miles. The course was in great shape too, tee to green well kept and challenging though not in length in placement. Back nine more parkland style with some views of the sea, especially on the last. Quite unusual that the 18th finished so far from the clubhouse?

At the 19th there was no food, so that was the only disappointment.

Course was in top condition. Some of the best greens I've played on.

Good course very well maintained, greens very fast. Only down points are the signage to the 10 hole - only one wee small sign - had to ask in pro shop where the 10th tee was. Apart from that the experience was very good and will definitely be back again

Another good day at Carnalea. Good value on Golf now.Arrived 30mins before tee off time,course not busy so straight out to play. Excellent greens,wind made it good fun! friendly staff and other golfers out on course. Recommend a round here.

First time playing course. Friendly welcome.Recommended by family member who played before. Good front nine ,back nine hilly. Greens in great condition. Maybe a bell or two over some of the hills so long hitters know it's clear ahead. Will definitely be back.

Great course as usual, course in very good condition the great weather helps but even in the rain its great

I've played this course on a number of occasions & it has been a good experience, This time it wasn't up to a reasonable standard , it's not the best time of year for golf, but having said that it was in poor condition ...greens were poor along with fairways , then to add it all off the hoses to clean trolley ,shoes etc weren't working ! overall not a good day ......

Very nice front 9, back 9 a bit repetitive with plenty of hills but overall a good course and in very good condition for November. Will play again

This is a great course and when it comes to the greens it is hard to beat them
