Have played for 20 years need a little work on fairways

Staff are excellent, amenities are at a minimum. Layout is superior and course conditions average. Value is below average.

Yes this course has a high slope rating but it's only golf. From the tee box to getting the approach shot distance correct this course is in my head! Even making gir you're usually left with a tough braking putt. Regardless it's a beautiful layout that I can't wait to tackle again. One day I will win...lol

Club house is old and needs a makeover, no Cart beverage person on course, very surprising. !9th hole bar nice and good service.

I am one to not give bad reviews, but this track needs a major overhaul fairways, bunkers, tee boxes need an overhaul. Greens were about average for $110 not worth the value at all. Staff was polite and friendly no drinking water on the course, no cart girl would not play it again.

We were told there was a cart girl for refreshments but we never saw one. My wife almost passed out on 15 from dehydration. We went into the snack area at the turn and waited 15 minutes but no one came to the counter. We thought we would finally see a cart girl on the back but did not. 87 degrees and not one of the water fountains worked.

Seems like they let this course go a bit. Layout in would be good if course was in better condition. It was a hot day and we never saw the beverage cart, except on 9 when we were told by cart person that she couldnt sell us anything on 9 and we had to go to the bar, which of course took 15 minutes. No water out on the course, seems like the staff is mailing it in and not caring...with the exception of the guy who cleaned our clubs after the round, he was the lone exception. I would say skip this place and find a better course

This course was a former Honda Classic on the PGA Tour from 1984 to 1991 and then again in 1996. It has a huge clubhouse, however, it does need some renovations. We did have lunch in the clubhouse and we thought the food was good.

We played 3 courses on this trip. Eagle Trace ($120), Coral Springs ($102) and Jacaranda West ($212).

This course has excellent design and greens (best of the 3 courses we played). The first 3 holes are straightforward and then the course gets more interesting.

The only negative about this course are the fairways and tees. It is the old wiry Bermuda grass and it is not very consistent throughout the course.

This course has an unusual feature. They have numerous burrowing owl nest throughout the course. They used to be always in the greenside bunker on hole 15 - not anymore. I saw owls on hole 2 near the green and hole 18 (right rough).

This was my first time playing at Eagle Trace, must say the course was beautiful. It is a challenging course but it had a great time. The guys outside were friendly and good. After the front nine we stopped by the bar to get a drink. Unfortanuely there was no cart girl that day, which kind of suck. We dedicided to stopped at the bar for a quick drink. The bar was extremely busy and looked like there was only one person working the bar that day. Must say the lady working the bar she manage to assist us with our drinks and everyone else that was sitting there. We asked for her name and she said Maria. I want to say that she Maria was great, handling the bar by herself and giving amazing customer service.

Just our only complaint is the bar does not have apple pay.

Greens are in good shape, fairways are starting to green up, good challenge I would play here again as the conditions are worth the $
