The Club at Pelican Bay - North Course

The course is slightly below average for the area. The fairways are decent and won’t give you trouble. The greens and the tee boxes are hit and miss, some are good and some are legitimate sandboxes. Only play if the tee time is under $30, otherwise spend the same money at a better course. Would play again if the tee time was cheap.

Pelican Bay used to have a North and South course with a great clubhouse and food. now there is only one course and the greens are nothing but dirt and the tee boxes are not much better. The course needs to be kept up and updated. There used to be hot dogs but they stopped selling those. There are no amenities. The restroom on the front 9 has not been fixed since the hurricane 2 years ago. Golf carts are gas powered and loud. Such a shame.

This Place has struggled for years with maintaning this course, SOme golf investor should take this course off their hands. HBU

Please remove the trees that about to fall on the fairway and in the way of some tee boxes and staff ETC

Th course was in very bad shape…tee boxes were a combination of dirt and weeds…the same about the fairway s. The greens were a combination of sand and disease grass…very poor upkeep…I played 2 1/2 holes and left

I am from Ft Worth and other than the course in Utopia made famous by a movie which keeps a trickle of golf bucket-listers coming its way I am expecting this course to belly up. Most of the greens are missing 25% or more of their grass surface and are instead dirt/mud. It is a challenging layout with the additional obstacles of debris, deteriorated cart paths, and ill-maintained grounds. For the $37 I expected at least a course on par with a nice municipal course. From the parking lot to the clubhouse It looked instead like an operation on its way out!

Course was not maintained that well Tita Green conditions were not good. Greens were in bad shape with just spotty grass to put on. Only good thing about playing here was the deal I got on Golf Now.

Not only was the course in horrible shape, but the two people working were very hostile and were complaining about us going out at 4:50 ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!! No wonder the course is so dead on one of the busiest golf weekends of the year

Staff was friendly and excellent. Course needs a lot of work . Ok for the price but the greens were so bad it was ridiculous.

Course was in horrible condition from tees to greens. Seems like a lot of disease. No wonder it was empty.

Course needs a lot of TLC. Several greens lack turf and are nearly unplayable. Fairways are just ok.

This course has dramatically improved for the better. Fairways are the most improved. Wonderful layout.

After reading reviews I was expecting the worst, however I had a very enjoyable round. The greens were a good speed and true albeit small. Fairways were good and a lot had water in play. Some tees left a little to be desired. Overall it wasn’t quite as good as when both courses were open but still good. I’d go and play again and it’s great value at the price.
