The course is in horrible shape. There are no fairways and rough. It’s all the same and not good, especially the front side. They either have dead spots with zero water, or spots that are saturated and unplayable. For the middle of summer, I shouldn’t be taking casual water drops on every other hole. Very disappointed with the course conditions, Clearly the staff doesn’t care.

Love the layout and it was a perfect day, but the fairways are getting in rough shape, the greens slow and over watered, and worst of all the bunkers were simply terrible. nearly hardpan with 1/2 of heavy wet sand throughout the course. nearly impossible to play a proper bunker shot. I didn't realize sand was a hard to find commodity these days.

On balance they are overcharging given the current conditions, there are other courses for the price in better shape locally.

I can't too happy with the group in front of us, we waited between 10-15 minutes at every hole for them to move forward. But overall I'm happy I get to play.

Played as a single, teed off by myself . No one in front of me. At the turn came up to the 10 hole. 2 groups playing the hole , a threesome waiting on the box. The three players played slowly, by the 12th hole, they were behind 1 and a half holes. No Marshall on the course ended up by passing them on 13 . Round took 5 hours.

Nice course overall. Ground was wet and spongy in areas of the fairways and around greens.

Fun course well maintained greens that would hold your chip shot and rolled smooth if not hitting a debit Mark rolling hill fairways

Love the layout. Greens are above average. Gateways are in pretty bad condition. Lots of bare patches.

Very impressed by the value. Yes, it’s a challenging layout but okay the right tees for your skill level. Greens are receptive but fast enough. Sunday afternoon and played in 3.5 hours because the course was open. This course deserves more play.

Fairways are very bare or swampy. Greens have ball marks all over.

This course has a good layout and is close to being a great course to play. The layout is friendly to most but the course condition could be better. The greens were firm and slow with a lot of water on them. Fairways were in good shape but tee boxes were a bit overgrown. Bunkers were rock hard and many had sitting water in them.

The pace of play was good, my group started at 6:30am but the marshall kept pushing our group to keep up with a single who passed us, the group behind us was not waiting to hit so, I consider this a major turnoff.

If the course conditions were better, I would consider it a good value for your money but given the unfriendliness of the staff and the condition of the course, i would consider someplace else.

This course was in rough conditions… the rakes were out in the bunkers but it looks like the maintenance crew has touched them since before covid. They were rock solid and nearly unplayable. This course used to be beautiful but I’m not sure what happened.

I played yesterday , the last time was a couple of years ago. The hot weather is taking its toll on the course. Good greens, great layout, but lots of very dry areas around greens
