Morgan Creek Golf and Country Club

OMG..Why aren't they watering and taking care of this golf course. I loved the fact that the fairways were so dry only because my ball rolled farther. But please take care of this golf course and be a good steward of it. So sad that y;ou are letting it dry out.

I live locally and this use to be one of my favorite courses to play at. Not sure that has happened to this place over the last several years. The lady at the check in counter was one of the rudest person I've ever encounter at a golf facility! And this just wasn't a bad day, this has happened several times now. The starter was just as rude. Let's get to the course. The course is in the worst stape that I have ever played in all my years of golfing and especially at a premium price! Tee boxes are dry and dead, fairways have huge bare spots and the greens are just as horrible! Don't waste your time and money!

For the cost to play, they need to purchase better range balls. Out of the small bucket I purchased, 4 to 5 were cut and split.

Course is rock hard with a great deal of lies in hard pan dirt. Greens were very slow.

my companion for the day and myself have single digit handicaps and hit the fairways regularly. We were both disappointed with lies we had due to irregular grass.

Marshalls could do a better job asking people to fix divots on the green and pace of play.

will go back but not if i can find a course in better shape.

Morgan Creeks green fees are a bit higher than most courses in our area and not in as good of shape. Suggest alternate courses if you want to play a course in above average condition.

First time playing this course, and was super impressed with the architecture and condition. Only downside, and it almost ruined the round for us, is that if they are not going to provide water, they must maintain the beverage cart frequently around the course! We saw the bev gal on #2, then never again! 95* day, we ran out of water on 14.. we called the pro shop and they claimed, “she’s out there somewhere”.

Pretty unprofessional.

Course is in horrendous condition. From tee box to green. Dead hard pan in the fairway, rough, and the bunkers were hard too. Greens are extremely slow. I remember how nice this course was. Haven’t played her in 2 years and was excited to do so. It is one of the worst courses I’ve played. I’m very, very disappointed. It seems like they’re doing It on purpose to close the course down. Don’t know. Oh well. Won’t be playing here for a long while.

Staff were nice, but the course just seems tired and unkept. Tee boxes were shaggy (overgrown), lots of baron, dry spots on the course. Greens were OK. Not sure why I expected it to be better but I did.

If you hit off the fairway, even a foot, your hitting out of hard weeds, dirt, rocks. Does not seem like the course is kept up very well. My husband and I drove from EDH not worth the drive.

Morgan continues to show it has promise then you go play it and see the shortfall.

Tees chopped up maybe some type of maintenance but they are shaggy and very rough.

Fairways ok. Greens slower than other local courses.

Did see the beverage cart but not a very diverse selection and zero Arnold Palmer unless you like it spiked.

So if you’re not seeking to improve the situation then we suggest a golf moose coupon to reduce the 50 dollar expense to say 2 for 80.

We have choices but this course in this condition cannot continue to ask for non-discounted green fee.

Oh,btw some of the Morgan carts sound like they won’t make it thru the round

They are putting some time on the course but the tee pads where not the best and bare spots in the fairways. The greens in great shape. When the course catches up to the greens condition it will be fantastic

This course is mega! Ownership and management are both very agreeable
