Golfer Reviews
Always fun
Whow best shape then
B4 excellent fairways green
Fast But will except all kinds of shots
Course
The course itself was in ok standing. The greens were extremely slow. Very difficult to make any reading judgements on where to aim. Course on the fairways were extremely wet. Otherwise the course was in ok shape.
Poor course conditions
Unfortunately, this course is not in good shape. Tee boxes are torn up and not cut down. Greens are marked up, dead spots around fringes and throughout the course. Very frustrating considering the HOA’s these residents pay. During spring months the course was great. I feel the staff is just letting things go due to the heat. Disappointing!
Course needs help
The greens were in pretty rough shape. Slow and really wet which was causing large divots. Fairways were pretty bad as well. This was a little disappointing because I played there about 6 weeks ago and course was in great shape. Really good track with difficult holes so I will be back but hopefully they can get greens and fairways back on track.
Morgan Creek...Challenging
We teed off one hour late because there were no available carts, (there was a group tournament going on)
Course was very challenging.
Course is trash.
Course is in horrible shape. I played earlier this summer and the course was great. Can’t believe what a difference at 2 months makes, horrible shape.
Golf now review
There is no way to contact this company (GolfNow). I booked this course which I thought was in my home town ( of course only title appears when booking not address) had to call course to cancel .
Of course the GolfNow fee is lost as they make sure you cannot call them or anything to get money back... makes sense why Florida based.
I bet this happens a lot...
Tee boxes/Bunkers
The things that stood out were the overgrown
tee areas and the bunkers were more hardpan than sand. Other than that it is a good and challenging track. This is probably Pandemic related.
It was my first time but it won't be my last.
Morgan Creek was a fun course. It was challenging but fair. The greens were in good and rolled at a good speed. The only downside of the course was soggy fairways.
just after the rain but good
Had a freak downpour last night so some areas were pretty wet but they can't help that. pace was just about right and greens seemed fine.
Challenging Greens
Nice course definitely will play again but probably not when the temperature is 110.
Excellent Layout; Summer Heat Conditions
This was my first time playing here. An excellent and fun layout. Moderatly challenging. It was over 100 degrees on a hot summer day in mid August. I really enjoyed the course and played well. The summer heat has worn the course down. You can see the dry spots and the conditioning shows the summer heat. Greens were nice to putt on--not fast--due to protecting them from the summer heat (very understandable). Many parts of the course look worn due to either a lot of play or the hot weather. Staff were excellent.
