Morgan Creek Golf and Country Club

Morgan Creek was a fun course. It was challenging but fair. The greens were in good and rolled at a good speed. The only downside of the course was soggy fairways.

Had a freak downpour last night so some areas were pretty wet but they can't help that. pace was just about right and greens seemed fine.

Nice course definitely will play again but probably not when the temperature is 110.

This was my first time playing here. An excellent and fun layout. Moderatly challenging. It was over 100 degrees on a hot summer day in mid August. I really enjoyed the course and played well. The summer heat has worn the course down. You can see the dry spots and the conditioning shows the summer heat. Greens were nice to putt on--not fast--due to protecting them from the summer heat (very understandable). Many parts of the course look worn due to either a lot of play or the hot weather. Staff were excellent.

Unfriendly clubhouse staff. Played this morning at 7am and my first time to this course... probably my last on account of the rude staff..

Shot a great round, course is beautiful but staff not so great...

If I was a member of this country club, I would be extremely disappointed.

Arriving at this course, the facilities appear to be well kept. Adjusting for coronavirus, it seemed to me the pro shop was a little on the small side, with a small variety of amenities. The restaurant area was clean, but closed in the early AM hours.

As for the course, this is where I would suspect the members would demand more.

The tee boxes were a little on the shaggy side, with patches of what looked like crabgrass growing up.

This grass extended to the fairways, and in places the fairways were bare dirt.

The mowers were out the day I played, but it did not appear to be doing very much.

I doubt I would be returning to this course soon

Im new to golf but have been here a few times and love this course. Nice layout and wide fairways for a guy like me. fairways were really wet in places but I get it, gotta water the grass. Good pace which I think is because everyone I saw used a cart. I like that, keeps pace consistent.

Use to be my favorite course. Course conditions poor and pace of play worse. No Marshalls to help which is disappointing.

Never played this course before, heard they were letting it go a bit but the greens were good. The greens were not great and very shaggy. The course design is weird with a lot of severe undulations and funky landing areas. It looks like a nice community at one point and may have even been private. The facilities were very nice with a farm-type design and staff was very nice. It's not enough to bring me back however.

Used to be one of my favorite courses. Five and half hours is terrible. No Marshall which is tragic, no communication on pace of play. Tee boxes and bunkers in very poor shape. No sand in any bunkers. Need to invest in the course immediately! Cart girl very friendly and available.

Sand traps are being neglected. Rock hard and wet.

Friendly service, course was well maintained, greens in excellent shape.
