Boca Royale Golf & Country Club

Our 4 some started at 9:30 am. 1 4 some in front we were keeping up with them,. No one in back of us until 5 hole. Ranger came and said we were to slow big back up behind us, mentioned we were going on 2 hrs. Of play, I said we could not go faster then 4 some in front, ranger said the coarse was a 3 hr. Coarse for 18 holes.. All 4 of us were 75 years old. He mentioned I made reservations with Golf Now, I said so what he mumbles something about your reservations system. .I can not do anything about the other players that all wanted to start at 9:45. I was looking forward to playing this course for my 1st time and booked on line with GOLFNOW for round and cart. Drop-off and club registration staff were friendly but starter was just a crumpy old man and left a very bad impression to my day at Boca Royale, I took my cart to the starter to begin my 11:07 start time with 2 other gentleman. Just before teeing off a another person with a 11:14 start time joined us, which is no problem but the started took her clubs off her cart and put them on my cart advising me he was doubling us up. I told him I was not comfortable due to Covid and not being fully vaccinated and I had paid on line for a round and cart, his response was he was not going to argue with me and if I wanted a cart I could just pay a additional fee. Very disappointed and will not be returning and have already begun spreading the word. Also the numbers of golfers was low due to the time of season and the heat so there was no lack of carts.

First time playing this course. Just started playing again recently and haven't played many courses in the area but this is the nicest so far. Greens are some of the nicest I have ever been on. No ball marks at call which is a rare find around here, most courses in have been on, the greens are beat to death cause people are too lazy to bend over and fix their ball marks. Tee boxes, fairways, in great shape. Not a super tough course if you can keep it down the middle, lol. Will definitely play again as I live in the area.

Boca Royaale is a worthwhile course to play. The course layout is challenging for all levels. The greens were in great condition and rolled consistently. The amenities are respectful and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Boca Royale is a pleasure to play. The course layout is very good and fun. The greens were fantastic. The pace of play was good, no major waiting. It is a course I would recommend and play again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

One of the nicest courses i have played so far down here!

Played for first time via Golfnow. Glad I didn’t pay full rate. Tee boxes were likely rough on a nice course, fairways were fair to average, but the greens were beautiful once you got there. They should have the workers who tend the greens spend some time on the tee boxes. Too many doglegs and holes that were adjacent to each other, separated only by a few palm trees. Pace of play was excellent for our group but I did see some holes backed up all around us. No driving range either. If you can get out for under $50 it’s worth it, but I won’t play it again.

Greens excellent. Everything else pretty good. Fun course.

Nice course with LOTS of doglegs and fun wholes. Greens are great. Course could use some rain or sprinklers as it's kind of dried out.

Great course, Great shape, friendly staff and golfers. I played in a twosome... 5 groups let us play through... I had my best round of the year 39 front 35 back for a 74 from the platinum tees. Previous low for the year was an 81. Im a 12-14 handicap

Pace of play was very good, and the foursomes happily offered for us to play through... the guy I teamed up with shot an 83 and was a joy to play with.

No driving range. This should be mentioned on the web site.
