Top notch experience!
Course is in phenomenal condition every time I have been fortunate to play. Layout is challenging and extremely fun. Staff is very friendly. Overall, it’s my favorite course in either CT or MA.
Good value. Awesome round
Greens were aerated recently so the last few feet of the putts was rough. Rest of course was already in mid-season form. Pace of play was great. Staff was friendly. Never had a bad time here and always look forward to going back
Course Conditions
They had recently aerated the greens but that was not much of a problem. Some sand on greens was a little issue. Very windy but fairways are wide enough to give a good landing area. Conditions overall were good.
Real deal golf course
Have played all of the good public access courses in western mass and northern ct. and the Ranch best around I’d say followed by Wintonbury Hills, That said I’ve not played Crumpin Fox in Bernardston Ma hear that’s great … Better than all the private I’ve played as well other than Great Horse.
Good players will love this golf course !….High handicapper will struggle especially if they play the wrong tees. Greens are hard and reasonably fast, players need to stay in the fairways and really spin the golf ball to stop it close to the hole! This course is a must play!! Pay the extra $$ and play the Ranch

Great to be back
Whenever I visit New England, I always try to include The Ranch on my golfing rounds. Course was in great shape as I have excepted. Looking forward to returning on my next visit to the region.
Great as usual
Always love to play here. Played a satisfying round later this n the day. Took 4:56 to finish due to one slow group. The ranger should have done a better job on n pushing them along. Finished 17 and 18 in the late twilight.
Great views!
First time playing this course! Greens were def tough! Wind was howling when I played! Play from the white tees 5900 or so and it felt short to me….feel like the blue tees 6700 or so would have been long maybe a set a green tees I would suggest! Overall great experience, the views were great!
The Ranch
Great course , fabulous condition, but expect four and a half hour round.
Excellent day of golf.
Kevin was a gentleman in the clubhouse. Course was immaculate.
