Great challenging course

Loved the course, even know it was the end of the season the course was in a good condition and the greens were surprisingly quick.

Would highly recommend.

VERY LONG WIDE FAIRWAYS

played here once before and enjoyed, played 12th march just after the snow and lots of rain, there was water on the course and some greens but it's only to be expected after the weather we've been having, a very enjoyable course to play on and look forward to playing there again.

lots of long wide fairways and a couple of tricky par three's.

over all i would recommend this course

good variety of holes

We found the course in good condition. Not the flatest of courses but still a comfortable walk for a senior citizen. I found the course easier to play on the second visit but this is the case at lots of venues.

Mixture of good and bad

Good variety of holes, very friendly staff and members, lovely setting. But....very hard to walk, every hole up and down, greens were far too long, made putting a chore rather than a challenge, poorly signposted so got lost between holes a few times, very long walk between some holes as well, lots of crossovers with scant regards for posted etiquette (thus waiting for people to putt out on one hole whilst wanting to drive another on numerous occasions), not cheap for the area for the overall experience, and generally a hard slog to get around - so despite the friendliness, I won't be returning, I'm afraid.

Confusing layout, awful greens

1st time I've played there and wouldn't rush back, wasn't much difference between the fairways and the greens. I've played most of the courses within a 20 mile radius and unfortunately this ranks the lowest
