Course is Great
Good course. Walked and not too bad. Definitely earn the drink at the end in clubhouse. Some challenging holes. Greens were great quality.
Friendly club.
Nice golf club, in decent condition. Testing holes in a tight setting. A few tee boxes need some work but probably due to the warm weather. Will be returning especially with the green fee of £20. Great value.
Great course
I played it for the first time with a friend and thoroughly enjoyed it. Tight drives that will test your skills paired with wider fairways that meant you weren’t punished for a slightly wayward shot. It was hilly but with great scenes. The one thing that could be improved for those that haven’t played it before is having one or two more signs for the next hole.
Challenging but lovely course
Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to this course. It’s not particularly long, quite tight in parts, has some very pretty holes, and overall a challenging course for medium handicappers. The greens were excellent so congratulations to the ground staff. I’ll definitely be back.
I want to call it a Welsh version of Pinehurst No.2
Everything was in fantastic shape, with a great layout that made for a challenging experience.
The greens were very firm and your chips had to be perfect, otherwise you were in for another before putting.
I can't think of anything negative to say. It's a beautiful and challenging course!

First time playing here
It was my first time playing here on 23/05/25. I brought a friend with me as well to play a nice sunset 18 holes.
Some absolutely stunning views on the way around the the first tee off was very picturesque.
The course layout was amazing, each hole had its own uniqueness about it, nothing felt repetitive at all.
From short downhill, reachable green par 4's. To some more challenging par 3 and 5's. This course was overall a lovely experience to play.
Even the people going around the course were really friendly and helpful with locating my golf balls that landed on the wrong fairway 😂
I'd definitely come and visit again in the hopes I play better than I did my first time around.
I'm sure this course would provide a challenge for even the scratch golfera our there, let alone a mid to high handicapper like myself.
Should be 9 hole course
Unfortunately the front 9 looks likes like it’s been crammed in. The back 9 is much better.
Major issue is every hole you’re crossing over with another hole. This just makes everything that much slower.
Other than that, course is maintained relatively well. Best part of the experience were the staff to be fair
Great value for money
Course was in great shape for this time of year. Greens were fantastic too and I think the staff have done a great job in getting it in this shape in March.
Enjoyable course
Good enjoyable course to play, shorter than a lot with some good fun par threes. Hilly, so be prepared for a challenging walk. Would play again. Very friendly welcoming and helpful staff.
Happy days.
Great days golf. Course was spot on. Great brunch to finish off.
Great course, bad condition
Played this course many times over the years and always knew to stay clear of it in winter due to bogginess and plugged balls on fairways. Thought a mid September round would be fine but I was unfortunately proved wrong. Boggy all over the place and 3 holes were closed which we weren't informed of when checking in with the Pro shop. We actually played them and I can see why they were closed as the bogginess was awful on these. Such a shame as it's a thinking, well setup, course but really only playable for a few months in the summer. Greens were magnificent though
Narrow!!!
Lovely little course. Quite short but very testing with incredibly narrow fairways and lots and lots of hazards. Greens and fairways were mint. Quick tip: leave the driver in the car, 3-4 iron off most T.
Staff very welcoming.
A good challenge
A very well kept course, that has a bit of character as you have to think before you decide on your club selection.
The staff from the pro shop to the bar after my round were very friendly, and sociable.
I haven't got the time to be a full member these days,so just book a round, via golf now, when I get the opportunity, but will definitely come back and play this golf course again.
