Very well kept course, nice greens and minimal boggyness for the time of year. Would definitely play again

First time playing here. Although in autum course was dry, greens were well maintained and the course overall was a joy to play, long par 5s and some challenging short par 3s, will definately be returning soon.

I am given to understand that the large group of ladies playing multiple 4 balls were not club members but visitors from another club.

Their pace of play was appallingly slow.

One lady in the last group did state that they would not be calling us through as there were more slow groups ahead.

Over 5 hours to complete 18 holes did spoil an otherwise enjoyable day.

We played this course on a Sunday afternoon, there was a warm welcome in the pro shop and able to stock up before our round. The course starts with a charming par 4, but plenty of hazards to keep you on your toes! A nice mix of holes, with the fairways and greens in first class condition. We did suffer a little congestion on the back 9, at one point there were 4 groups waiting to tee off. However, this did not take away from the round, the members we chatted to were sociable and willing to offer a few tips. The green fees were good value and would highly recommend.

We played as a 2 ball on a sunny Sunday afternoon the first couple of holes went well then the fun started every hole we was held up by a society of golfers by the 14th hole there was 5 groups waiting to tee off on the par 3 after we finally got to the 18th green 6 hours later we was physically and mentally drained what a round of golf other than that the course and conditions were great just unlucky to play behind such an enormous society of golfers

I had a brilliant time, I'm new to golf so it was my first 18 after play 9 for a couple.of months, very nice course especially enjoyed the use of a cart

Nice course, but a bit featureless. Up and back, up and back sort of affair. Greens OK, but played better. 4hrs 40mins for the round....I think that's slow. Course protected by it's length and a lot of water, especially on the back 9. Flat, easy walk. Despite my minor gripes, I will return.

Really enjoy playing this course, good mixture of shorter, testing par 3s and par 4s and 5s, some long some shorter with a number of hazards to catch the wayward shots, but also reasonably generous fairways.

Really friendly course staff, gentleman in the pro shop was very helpful.

Course was in great condition and had a beautiful day for it up until the 15th hole when a storm went overhead and drenched the greens - but obviously that’s not the course’s fault (have added an imagine to show the madness!!).

Really enjoyable day and will be back again.

Very pleasant, well-kept course with some good holes and not too challenging for high handicappers.

Great condition after all the bad weather we’ve had.
