Wenvoe Castle Golf Club

Course in great condition even after some bad weather of late. Unfortunately had to miss two holes out due to fallen trees on fairways due to storm damage. Greens fantastic for this time of year.

Really friendly and helpful staff in all areas.

Course fantastic and challenging. Only negative, pace of play held up making second nine less enjoyable.

Will definitely play again!!

My first time playing Wenvoe Castle but definitely not my last. Some great golf holes and well set out, hopefully see you soon.

Course was in good condition considering the weather we've had recently and it was a cloudy dry and very windy day but was a really enjoyable round.

Will come back when weather is better to see the real beauty of this course

Very classy course in excellent condition for this time of year.

It's a good sturdy walk or meander depending on how you play.

The greens are the best of any course recently played. They are fast, very fast, even with drizzle on them! So be warned they are a score killer. If we could put better the scoring could have been great.

Fairways are cut to a nice length and yes there's some mud but as long as your playing winter rules and giving it a clean and a decent lie you have a good chance.

Their were very few leaves on the course making for a much better experience. Well done in clearing those.

Beware the BBC weather app does lies to you. 18% maximum chance of rain! Wrong it hardly stopped raining in 4 hours. That was the only real minus of the day

The lounge bar and terrace would be fantastic in the summer. Two greens, a tee of area and a welcome pint.

This course will be played again. Thanks to all staff and especially Jason in the pro shop.

It was a nice course but some of then winter tee boxes could have been marked a little better two of the bunkers was full of stones

Held up entire way round by a 3 ball, walked off after 9 holes and did not complete the round.

Value for money was excellent, course was great but got the feeling tee times are not managed accordingly and pace of play would be a consistent issue.

Good challenging course in very good condition. Greens well kept and even placed fairways well looked after. Some of the tees showing signs of wear. The 11th and 18th approaching the clubhouse are very picturesque and view from 6th tee is awesome. Excellent food in clubhouse.

The course has many different and unique holes. The fairways and rough were in superb condition; kudos to the green keeping staff. The greens were receptive and tricky! They were however a little bumpy. The biggest blemish on the course are the tee boxes. They need some attention. They are uneven and patchy but not enough to take anything away from the experience. A lovely course with even the short holes presenting a challenge.
