Beech Park Golf Club

Great value course, tight drives with mostly tree lined fairways. Greens were in good condition and no delays during the round. Made welcome in the pro shop and on the course would definatly play again.

We- a group from golf now -had a booking at 8.20 am - which clashed with a womens beech park major outing..

We wetre warned in the pro shop that we would have to give way to the Ladies- which we did . but it did lead to a few delays . The Women certainly behaved like Ladies every time we let a group through even though it was their day out - so 3 cheers to them.

Also many thanks to the pro shop for their help too. . We Enjoyed our day and hope to be back soon .

Solid. Temporary greens in play but I'd say in the summer course would be great

After a 2 hour journey to the course we arrived at 7.20am for our 7.50am tee time and went to check in at the pro shop only to find that they had cancelled our booking which was paid for 3 weeks in advance through the golf now app and given the tee time to members of the club. No email or phone call to say it was cancelled and our reservation was still active and valid on the golf now app. Man in the pro shop was zero help and could not be bothered that we had travelled that distance to play. Worst treatment we have ever had on a golf course ever and safe to say will will never be returning to this club again. Anybody thinking of playing here as a visitor beware this might happen to you also.

Hi , we arrived today at the course at 7.20am for a 7.50am tee time , on arrival we were told OUR GOLF HAD BEEN CANCELLED.. we were not notified prior by phone / email / app … our tee time was removed & given to members of the club …

We booked it 3 weeks prior to today ,

Can this be explained??

We arrived at Beech Park, early. When we checked in we were told that they weren’t going to honour the reservation and they had canceled it internally in favour of their members tee times. I showed them that the golf now reservation was not cancelled and no one contacted me. They said nothing they can’t do about it, they have a full time sheet. Disgusting behaviour. We had some lads travel as far as Limerick to play golf and this reception was embarrassing. I had to ring Golf Now myself, to get a refund issued.

The bad weather didn't stop myself and 3 friends going out for a round. Torrential rain stopped as we walked down the first hole and the sun came out until we walked up the 10th. Still even in the really bad rain the course held up excellently and even the putting greens were still playable.

Always a good deal to be had and always in great condition, one of my favourites adhoc courses without doubt
