Tuscany Falls at PebbleCreek - West Course

We played the west course. The East allowed carts on the course. The West was path only. The group ahead of us would walk out on the course decide on a club, then walk back to the cart to get it. We watched every shot they hit. Could have played in 3 1/2 hours instead of 4 1/2

First time on the new nine here. Nice layout. Still early so greens not to quick yet. Some good long par 3 s .

Course was in average condition due to early over seed conditions. Cart path only was expected, but always concerns me that the divot repair jug is on the cart. Not sure which is worse, 90 degree, or cart path only. Anyway the course layout was very good. The wife and I enjoyed the round.

The course was in great shape, very scenic, The only negative was the lack of a food and beverage cart. We had a 10:30 tee time and were starved by the time we finished. There is an upscale restaurant but there is no time for that between nines.

Course was beautiful and well maintained. However, there should have been a notice on the Golfnow site that it was “Cart path only”. That was the only negative for the round.

Shorter par 72 course. Grass is fantastic, tee box, fairways and greens all peak condition. Fairly open layout not many hazards, few trees, little water. Bunker sand softer than most and low lips. Holes separated so nobody's errant slice will ever fly onto your fairway. Greens soft, true, and big but not ridiculous, held everything. Scratch golfers might be bored but I enjoyed and may even play it again without getting a Hot Deal!

Course was over seeded two weeks prior to play, nonetheless the Fairways condition were very good and the greens nice and fast.

Course in great shape for this time of year. Pace of play good and great bar for a beer.

We got to Tuscany Falls which I had never played and was told since they had a high school tournament that morning we could not play and had to go to another course in Pebblecteek. Supposedly no carts available! A lousy first time experience and another pass for another round tat Tuscany Falls should have been offered instead . Left there furious about a wasted morning and money! A tee time paid for at Tuscany Falls not Eagles Nest is the hot deal I purchased.

Love the course. Greens rolled well. Fairways were solid, for this time of the year. Pace of play was great. Love it at Tuscany Falls.

The greens were in good shape. No 9 fairway was beat up but it’s summer. Because it’s summer I would still give it a 4.

Pebble Creek always is in good shape. The grass is nice on the fairways and greens. The ball stops on the greens where you hit it. It has a nice practice area but no free range balls.
