Excellent day
Loved the wide open fairways. I sprayed drives all over the place, but still scored in the mid 80’s. Paired up with an older couple who turned out the be the best company in the world. Course was in great condition despite the rain and sanded greens. I was very impressed with all the staff, Tiffany in the hospitality area was amazing.
Excellent conditions
The greens have grown in from the Aeration and they are cutting them lower so they are putting much faster now. Everything is green and plush. A pleasure playing the course.
Pine course
The greens had been air rated was in better shape than last year some greens have a few bad spots but overall a fine course is wide open
Great layout
The only reason I gave it 4 stars on the course conditions was because the greens were punched and aerated a few days or week before I played. But they used the small punch machine and it didn't make all that much difference, they were just a bit slower than normal. Other than that, the course is in beautiful condition. The Pines Course is always a nice challenge, wide forgiving fairways for that not so straight drive.
Barren Fairways
The fairways were barren in February and March when I played but because it was winter I did t think much about it. Howeve, it is now May and I’m back visiting in Florida and took some friends to play and the fairways really aren’t any better than they were in the winter. My friends and I were quite disappointed. The greens were in good shape.
Great course
Nice wide fairways, good challenges and a beautiful course.
Enjoyable round
Enjoyed the course, Fairways and rough well maintained. Greens had some areas that needed repair. All in all a very enjoyable round.
Great Value
Nice course - some challenging holes, but a lot wide open fairways. Great value for the money especially of playing in afternoon when green fees are discounted on Golf Now. Not perfect but very enjoyable for public course. In fact there are two 18 hole courses here......recommend both.
It's a good lay out.
Tee boxes for the ladies are really good. Fairways are really good as well, but the greens are somewhat slow and has a problem with weeds on them, which will make the ball roll funny.
We played this course on a Saturday and were pleasantly surprised that we could get on before our tee time. Some holes were slower than others, but it was a perfect day for golf, so we enjoyed our day & round.
