About
The course at Corte Bella Golf Club was done in a desert style but avoids the target greens and forced carries that are at some desert courses in the area. It has a classic layout on a beautiful terrain of ficus, Italian cypress, and oleander, creating a scenic ambiance. The designer, Greg Nash, kept traditions of classical golf architecture in mind and made a course that champions the strategic player. Both the immaculately manicured greens and the wide fairways are well protected by bunkers on this course, making accuracy on the approach shot a priority. Water hazards come into play on three holes at Corte Bella Golf Club.

Very Nice Course
I have reviewed this course before. The course is well maintained and always in good to excellent shape no matter the time of year. The layout is interesting yet fair. The practice and club house amenities are very good.
Play it!
We played this course and wow what a deal. For 100 bucks it’s out of this world. Greens were perfect, course was it great shape. A bit of a drive from Mesa. But well worth the drive.
CB hidden gem
Wow
I can’t believe I haven’t played Corte Bella before what a great test of golf from the back tee’s, I cant wait too get back and play it again.
Perfect day
Course was in great shape. Very challenging greens and a premium is put on hitting fairways. Hit every club in the bag with the great variety this course offers. Highly recommend.
The course is beautiful, it was in excellent condition. There are a lot of sand traps, the course is not hard if you can stay out of the sand. We played it in 4 hours 10 minutes. We’ll play it again. I thought it was a little pricey but it is a very nice course
Post Christmas play
Course in solid condition even after all the rain we had, greens were true, some of my shots were not, however that was me not the course!

Good but slow
The course was in great condition but I’ve played here about 3 times now and each time it’s been some of the slowest golf. We played on the weekend and that’s maybe why but the pace of play could be better in my opinion.
Excellent Course
First time playing, will definitely play again. Staff was nice and easy to talk too. Practice area was excellent. Look forward to getting out again!
Corta Bella is in great shape.
Corta Bella Country Club is in very good shape. Green fees were very reasonable for this time of year. The reseeding came in very well here, but they need to mow the tee boxes. It was like teeing off in the rough. A few were already mowed. I had an 0830 tee time, but so did everyone else, shotgun start. This throws me off, as I go thru the first few holes thru my mind to prepare myself. Head over to No 15. Huh? Driving range has balls ready to go. Range is in good shape. Practice green is just like the greens on the course, hard and fast. I love putting the greens here, but had a hard time getting the ball to hold. I played with 3 other gentlemen I had just met, and we had a very nice round. Will definitely be back.
Shotgun start
Played a shotgun start. Everything went smoothly if a little slow starting out. It has been raining off and on for the past several days. So, it was a bit wet out. There is nothing that the courses can do about that. There was no standing water on the fairways or greens.
The greens were in great shape. The over-seeding has taken very well. I've played several other courses in the area and none of their greens were in as good of shape as here.
The tee boxes were lush. The fairways were in great shape too.
I had a good time and will be back.

The staff is super friendly. The starter separates the tee times very efficiently so we didn’t run into any pace of play problems. Driving ranges, chipping and putting practice greens are good.
The course had just come of overseeding and was in great condition We enjoyed a father son round in a very elegant way.
Nice shape
Course just opened after overseeing. Fairways came out great. Greens still a little immature. Over all great job.
