First time on course and very impressed. Nice variety of challenging holes . In great shape for 100 + temperatures. Will definitely play this course again.

Beautiful course but the greens currently were aerated which made putting impossible

The course was in great shape for this time of the year. The greens, fairways, and rough were in good condition. The course plays fair and is has come challenging holes. Overall, great value.

The Marshall was terrible. The assistant club pro not helpful. Awful. Treated us badly. Will never play there again again

Really good shape, water and ice machines with cups, range balls included, locals friendly, greens roll at a great pace and very receptive, length is challenging. Great value for what you get. Recommended.

Cortat Bella is always a great course to play, nice friendly staff and the course is always in great shape (weather permitting).

I have played this course previously, and returned because there was a good rate to get me to make the hour trip west. The course is a fair challenge with bunkers aplenty to give the golfer that extra thing to think about. Fairways and greens are in reasonable shape even though we are now getting into summer temps. The staff is very pleasant and the facilities are all modern and well maintained.

Very nice course and amenities. A fun and challenging layout with 6 different set of tees and numerous bunkers. The conditions were great for late May. Pace of play was right on 4 hours.

We waited on every hole and every shot for slower players who would not let us play through. Completely ruined the round. If there is no one ahead of you and the group behind you catches you on every shot you should let them play through. I wanted to skip a hole to get around them, but my playing partners did not want to skip a hole. So we waited on every shot for a two some to clear out.

The course is in fair condition for early summer. A few dry spots here and there. The greens were OK.

Probably a bit more challenging than your average retirement desert course. Plenty of water and bathrooms which is appreciated. Good value and nobody in front of us for a 12:40 tee time on a Saturday.

Everything was good, except the sand traps were like hitting off cement. The greens were on the slow side but acceptable.

I played this course on a hot deal after others I had golfed with recommended it. Though there was a little confusion at first getting out as a single, it all shook out just fine. The course is beautifully laid-out. Each hole stands on its own uniqueness, with bunkering and routing being cleverly done from one to the next. Landing areas are generous on most holes, with plenty of length for big hitters. I struggled with the length from the white tees, so I would probably suggest the copper tees as the best choice on the longer holes. Though this is the time of year the grasses are transitioning from winter rye, the fairways and greens were all in excellent shape. This is a very nice course, and certainly one of the best Sun City courses I have played.

Corte Bella is a lovely golf course in a gated community in the west valley. Mostly members they sell a few tee times to the public, especially in the summer. Some of the holes are short, but they are well bunkered and challenging. Conditions are great.
