Really good shape, water and ice machines with cups, range balls included, locals friendly, greens roll at a great pace and very receptive, length is challenging. Great value for what you get. Recommended.

Cortat Bella is always a great course to play, nice friendly staff and the course is always in great shape (weather permitting).

I have played this course previously, and returned because there was a good rate to get me to make the hour trip west. The course is a fair challenge with bunkers aplenty to give the golfer that extra thing to think about. Fairways and greens are in reasonable shape even though we are now getting into summer temps. The staff is very pleasant and the facilities are all modern and well maintained.

Very nice course and amenities. A fun and challenging layout with 6 different set of tees and numerous bunkers. The conditions were great for late May. Pace of play was right on 4 hours.

We waited on every hole and every shot for slower players who would not let us play through. Completely ruined the round. If there is no one ahead of you and the group behind you catches you on every shot you should let them play through. I wanted to skip a hole to get around them, but my playing partners did not want to skip a hole. So we waited on every shot for a two some to clear out.

The course is in fair condition for early summer. A few dry spots here and there. The greens were OK.

Probably a bit more challenging than your average retirement desert course. Plenty of water and bathrooms which is appreciated. Good value and nobody in front of us for a 12:40 tee time on a Saturday.

Everything was good, except the sand traps were like hitting off cement. The greens were on the slow side but acceptable.

I played this course on a hot deal after others I had golfed with recommended it. Though there was a little confusion at first getting out as a single, it all shook out just fine. The course is beautifully laid-out. Each hole stands on its own uniqueness, with bunkering and routing being cleverly done from one to the next. Landing areas are generous on most holes, with plenty of length for big hitters. I struggled with the length from the white tees, so I would probably suggest the copper tees as the best choice on the longer holes. Though this is the time of year the grasses are transitioning from winter rye, the fairways and greens were all in excellent shape. This is a very nice course, and certainly one of the best Sun City courses I have played.

Corte Bella is a lovely golf course in a gated community in the west valley. Mostly members they sell a few tee times to the public, especially in the summer. Some of the holes are short, but they are well bunkered and challenging. Conditions are great.

The title says it all. I would love to play this course again in the very near future!!

Some sand traps are good, but, many have rocks. This problem seems to be getting worse.

Ive played the course several times before and have enjoyed the course condition and the excellent greens. Unfortunately, the day I played they had just sanded the greens on one nine.

Also, the overall condition of the course was not up to the standards of previous years and seems to be declining each year.

Very good course and very good value. Pace was good. The staff was not overly friendly. The young girl handling the carts was running around getting stuff done. You could tell she was new and inexperienced. She was being talked down to in front of me by her boss man. I felt bad for her. He had not respect for her or for me standing there listening to him chastise the girl. It wasn’t cool. Also we finished in under 4 hrs at 5.PM and the grill was closed. That wasn’t what I expected either. Good golf though

Great layout. Lots of sand, requires high shots to clear the sand in front of a lot of the greens. Was not expecting a shotgun start but staff was helpful.

Very enjoyable round with. The course was in great shape. Wide fairways forgive the errant drive but you need to steer clear of the many bunkers. Several choices of tee boxes which are in perfect shape. Love the way they build those.

This course is ok. The reviews on this course and the website made it sound as if it was top notch. It is just ok. That is not a bad thing, but you should know what your getting. Fairways are ok. Greens are very hard. Driving range is nice. Chipping and putting areas are just ok. Don’t overpay for this course, you’ll be disappointed if you do.

Great course and, for the most part, great staff. We had perfect weather but ....this was easily the most pretentious group of members we ran into while touring multiple courses in Arizona, This is a private course and we were pleased that we were allowed to pay top dollar to play. Perhaps they're just not used to "outsiders" invading their course but we sure got some "looks" and not many smiles. I think the grumpy woman in the snack bar thought we were going to run away without paying. It all became very uncomfortable.
