Corte Bella Golf Club

On GolfNow it was advertised as 90 degrees due to recent reseeding. When we arrived to the course there was a sign that read, “Cart path only”. We mentioned this discepanancy to the gentleman in the pro shop. We explained that we booked it based on the 90 degree ad. He was apologetic, and decided to give us a handicap flag because he was responsible for the error in the post. We were so grateful.

Our tee off time was 7:10am.. We were a threesome and got started at 7:30am. We played behind a twosome— who played behind a foursome. The play was moving along considering cart path only.. However, we found it odd that the ranger decided to monitor us. Literally hiding behind trees to monitor our speed of play. We could only go as fast as the twosome in front of us. We finished at 11:17 am

Just out of overseed played early am lots of dew and grass clippings but priced accordingly.

Was very disappointed in the state of the greens. Staff was friendly and the free cookie was nice but they neglected to state that the golf course greens were not cut and still in the process of transition! Worse than putting on the fairways! Very, very poor golf experience!

Very user friendly. Play the t-box that suits you and enjoy your round. Only the 17th has a multi-tier green that is a bit goofy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fairways were in great shape and greens were fast and true. The pace was great finished round in a little under 4 hrs.

Fast pace of play the corse was very wet from overwatering in areas but overall nice place to play

I played earlier today at this course and very pleased with the course condition. Fairways are in excellent condition and greens are rolling 9-9.5. New sand in the bunkers so it was wet and heavy in some bunkers in the morning. I booked this round thru GolfNow and paid $41 so overall great value. We had lunch in the club house and service was excellent and food was very good. I will certainly recommend this course to anyone.

Had not played there in a couple of years. A really enjoyable golf course in great shape. Fairly wide open off the tee but greens are well protected and are tricky at times with lots of undulations. Only complaint is that a few more water jugs around the course to drink and wet a towel would be greatly appreciated.

i have played this course before and will definitely again. from check in with Trevor( i hope name is correct) who was pleasant, friendly as well as courteous, all check ins should be as pleasant as this. Adam who stopped by as he was riding the course and Britney cleaning the clubs at the end of the round, were all terrific. to be fair this is a fun and not too difficult a course in the NW valley in an adult community, but you still need to hit fairways and greens. lets be fair, towards the end of August in AZ the course is dry, tired and getting ready for a rest and over seeding. i think it is in very good condition for this time of year, and will of course be back.

Greens were punched 3 weeks prior to us playing.

The greens looked like a D-9 Dozer had driven on them

Every green was covered with spots with NO grass

Ok, you can't really avoid the greens, but do try to hit it as close as possible to the pin. That is really your only chance of making a putt. The greens have been recently top-dressed and were in poor shape at best. Extremely slow and bumpy. The rest of the course was in good shape except for the tees which looked like they hadn't been mowed in a week. Pretty bad when you have to use a full-length tee on a par 3 just to get your ball above the grass.

Course layout is awesome greens needs time after having them punched but are getting real close

Just giving everyone out there a warning about this golf course. No since in complaining.( Nothing will be done to rectified the situation ) Read good reviews ... They lied ! There was no Aerification Warning. Trevor? (in the Pro Shop) said there was one on GolfNow. But as you can see there is no Aerification Warning...Glad I didn't paid very much to play. Good Luck.
