Great Walking Course
I have always loved the layout for Starr Pass. The quality has really improved over the past couple of years. It is in the best shape I have seen. At $25 to walk it’s the best bargain in town. We walked in under 2 hrs. Highly recommend it for value and quality.

Not for the High Handicapper
Not for the high handicapper, course layout is unforgivable to even semi-errant shots. What would be first cut of fairway rough ends up in the canyons. Bring a lot of golf balls.

Great Black Friday golf day
Starr Pass doesn't disappoint. One of my favorite local courses, well maintained, excellent amenities, friendly staff. The beverage carts were moving at great speed :-)
The only negative was that it was car path only given the recent over-seeding with winter rye grass. There was a lot of wildlife, we say deer and a bobcat.

Slow play!!
Besides the young lady who loaded our clubs and the starter the rest of the staff seemed mad to be working. 4 hours 40 minutes for golf is crazy, no rangers 3 groups on each hole. Love Starr Pass but my last 2 times there have been sub standard. Hate to say it but won’t be back.

Just a nice layout, beautiful scenery and great conditions. Played with my son and it was his first time playing it. Paired up in a foursome with a couple of great guys. Can't wait to play it again!

Great Course!
I thoroughly enjoyed playing 18 holes at Star Pass. The first nine was the Coyote and the second nine was the Rattler. The Rattler was much more difficult. Plan on bringing extra balls. The scenery was breathtaking and we saw quite a bit of wildlife, coyote, deer, javelinas, road runners and a bobcat. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent.

Breathtakingly Beautiful Course
This is a beautiful course in great condition. We encountered deer on several holes, who acted as if they owned the course. :-) It was just a great day out in nature on a superbly maintained course.
