East at Orangebrook Country Club
About
There are two 18-hole golf courses available at Orangebrook Country Club in Hollywood, the East and the West. Built in the 1930s, the East Course is the club's original layout. While its design may be more traditional, it is just as much of a challenge as the newer West Course. The East has fewer water hazards but there are large bunkers strategically placed throughout. There are some tricky holes included in the design but there are also many player-friendly features as well including wide-open fairways and generous landing areas. Players can get their practice in on the large, lighted driving range that has both distance markers and a practice bunker. Orangebrook C.C. offers not one but two player-friendly but challenging rounds, making it popular amongst locals for being one of the area's best values.

Restrooms
Course are good, amenities are ok, staff excellent +++ bar need some work but the restroom is so BAD!!! Don’t go inside because is disgusting.
Mismanage teetimes
The course itself is not in terrible shape. However, the bad review is mostly due to the bad ranger and terrible teetime booking over 30 minutes behind our schedule teetime. You have groups of two waiting on groups of twosome instead of combining and making full foursome. Very little common sense used.
The course itself is not bad, but again the pace of play and the management by the starter is terrible
Green
I only recommend it, the course is in better shape than last spring. The green are slow but for the price it’s worth playing.
greens and fairway looked good. you can see alot of improvements to east course especially. great day golfing.
Heading in the right direction
This is not your typical Orangebrook from a few years ago. I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the conditions of the greens. Most were very smooth and rolled nicely. A few of them had very small splattering of crab grass, but it hardly affected putting. Fairways were decent, as most courses have recovered now from the summer flooding. Well done to the staff! Orangebrook is definitely back in my rotation of a good budget friendly course.
Decent Track
Overall not a bad course. Played the East. Conditions were fair to good. Greens ok a little bumpy but ok. Staff friendly especially the starter. Lot of holes are long and straight except for a couple. Green’s small! I used a hot deal and a $10 coupon so great value at that price! Pace of play was good! Course on front nine was noisy with I-95 and trains close by. Overall recommend.
Improved!
It was our first game this year, the course has improved over last year specifically the greens. Keep on the good work!
No recomendable!
Greens en malas condiciones, recién sembrados. La infractructura está muy descuidada. Sinceramente no volvería
