Course Is Beat Up
Courses are beat up by the parking and extracurricular activity they get from events at the Rose Bowl. Vehicles on fairways, thousands of foot traffic walkers, greens that retain footprints due to overwatering (afternoon/twilight golf is murder on putting), and fairway lies that range from decent/almost perfect, to horrific hard pan with tufts of grass like acne everywhere. I've been playing here for 30 years and have never seen the courses in such overall bad condition. Bummer.
Under Constitution
There were so many interruptions; the greens are under construction, and one of the temp greens was plain ugly, workers kept pAssing in front of us, and one of the yelling and whistling, at one point, I had a birdie putt which I uncomfortably missed I can't believe they charge over 60 dollars for it. The golf cart was good with GPS.

Some green is destroyed and some fairway is very terrible
Not bad
The course isn’t bad but the issues they have are things out of their control. The fact it’s used as a parking lot for big events makes the fairs very tough to play out of. The pace of play there is absolutely terrible. They allow people to walk on a long public course which holds everyone up. They close the pro shop early so finding a restroom is challenging and you have to walk a mile away into the parking lot to a very dirty one.
Fair for $60
It was very hot. One of the hole is complete bad condition. You can not even put.
Still one of the nicer courses around
Fairways in great shape Some tough holes Yeah you get some slow groups but overall not a bad day of golf
Nice course Pace needs help
Not a bad course but the pace of play needs work I didn’t see any Marshall’s but oh well
Always a good time
Always a challenge. 4 hour round is always good. Course in great shape except some of the bunkers.
Disappointed
Tee boxes were id very good to great condition. However, greens were in very bad shape. Abnormally slow and extremely bumpy. Ball was not rolling true. Never seen it like this. Would like to see management turn it around very quickly.
Great when you can get on.
My favourite local course. Good condition and quick greens. Place is busy but runs like a clock.
