This is a good course to play
This course is in good condition and is well maintained.
The greens were excellent overall good course
We had a very enjoyable game at this course
Fairways were easy to play from and the greens were in great condition
Starter was helpful and the resident gofers most welcoming
Would definitely play here again
postage stamp greens but in great condition
though only a few holes that are memorable the greens were fast and true. Tight lay out, bring your short game.
Good greens, average tees & fairways.
Layout a little confusing. Roughs too deep, easy to lose balls. Greens very good, soft & fast.
Nice Course
Found this course to be okay. For a private course felt the fairway and greens would have been in better shape.
Would play this again. Had fun and staff was great.
The greens were very fast, hard to read and putt
I have played much nicer courses for same price or less. Nothing outstanding about this course. I would play again, but far down my replay list, and would have to be cheeper. Part of our outing is lunch afterwards, cheeseburgers. Their restaurant is closed Mondays, and it's prime time? Note: If you have not played Brooksville Country Club, give yourself a treat, four outstanding holes on back nine, good value.
Great price for a bad course.
Old course that obviously has not been cared for in quite awhile.
Nice course design, but that's about all the positives. It's an old fashioned course with small, elevated greens and the greens and fairways were very bad.
Sorry we became "memebers for a day." I'm sure we're the only type of members they''re getting because no one will be going back.
course has good features
Greens wern't to bad. The fairway grass needs to be attended to. Don't feel the course is worth the green fees.
Good Greens, Fairways Average, Rough Really Rough
Unfortunately we were not aware that our tee time followed the member/guest tournament which had the course backed up. After the 10th hole we actually went back a replayed the front nine. The greens were very good but the rest of the course could use some attention. I would like to play it again and plan to play in the Citrus County Senior Tournament next weekend.
Typical Florida tree lined course
Most holes fairly tight but there is clearing under all the trees so you don't lose balls or strokes. Fairways not quite carpeted but in decent shape. Greens rolling true, slightly faster than medium paced. Adequate driving range. All in all had fun time playing this course. Carts are gas powered.
Some of the best greens in Central Florida
This is a 1960s course that has not been allowed to become overgrown. Originally part of a housing development, the course is now public with a small but dedicated local group of golfers. They recently installed reclaimed water irrigation so the course is in fairly good condition. The primary beneficiary of the irrigation has been the greens which are in excellent shape. Mid to high handicappers will find the course challenging.
It's a $8 course
I live down the street from this course. Not worth the experience or price. Courses around here much better, skyview, twisted oaks, brooksville cc,lakeside, citrus springs, el diablo. I pass this course every day on the way out to these others. This is a wasted day playing here on many levels.
