Great course!
Had it not been for Golf Now, I wouldn't have known that this course existed. Now it will be the first choice when coming back to Paso.
It is a really fun and challenging course with elevation changes, water, creeks and several houses that are asking to be hit (I only hit one on #2 and it gave me a great bounce towards the hole). Several holes will punish you for a good drive if you miss the fairway with a lovely fairway bunker.
The starter was super nice and laid out the front 9 while we were waiting to tee off.
OK for Winter Conditions
The course was in pretty good shape for winter. Because it is a city course, it gets a lot of play. The weather was cold and windy not helping comfort. Like most courses, the Forward Tees still leave very long second shots on par 4's for us 160 yard drivers.
In good shape for time of year
The staff were very wonderful at every location. 3 1/2 hours in cold windy conditions. Like every course I play, the forward men's tees leave long +170 yards into par 4's for us seniors, ladies and juniors. The wide fairways help speed up play.
Nice, cold morning in Paso Robles
Course was in very good condition. Greens were moderately slow but true. Only issue was pace of play, around 4:40, waiting on every shot and tee box. Would definitely pay here again next time in Paso Robles.
