The Preserve Golf Club

Love the layout and distance. However, some the greens were downright awful (some were almost pure dirt and crabgrass) and some of the holes had all 5 sets of tees on one box…making it challenging for women / seniors and a joke for those who usually play from the tips. Staff was very friendly, but the track needs attention ASAP.

I suspect that this course was something at one point but it's heading in the wrong direction

May need new capital...

The course is not made for average golfers with the layout. The greens are all messed up and are very difficult to putt on. There is many blind shots leading to the green. Was very disappointed with how the course was maintained.

The course was in very bad shape. Disappointed in how the course was maintained. Maybe blind shots from fescue/trees covering looks to the green.

We used to play this course regularly but haven’t played for a while we were very disappointed as the tee boxes were over grown the greens were terrible full of weeds & bare patches. Paths & bridges in need of repair.

Very sad to see the course in such disrepair will give this course a miss in the future until it receives better reviews.

They are working on the tee boxes and some of the greens are pretty bad. Still found the round to be fun and the challenge was appropriate for a beginner golfer like me.

Course layout is fun, unfortunately, the course is by far the worst condition course I had ever played in my 40 years of playing golf.

This is it difficult course to play, you must choose the correct tees for your ability. A lot of blind shots, a lot of shots over obstruction either bushes or water. It is however a fun course. The only problem with it right now are that the greens need a lot of work. The guys are out there doing the work trying to get it up to shape it might be a while but the price is perfect. If you're a below average golfer bring a lot of balls.

There are too many rivers with overgrown grass and shrubs that divide the hole. You can hit over the brush and never know where your ball goes. It could be nice but I bailed on some of the holes bc of lack of visibility

End, the greens have still not improves and that is sad because the fairways are great and the layout is wonderful

Played this course many times and it has a great layout. Unfortunately it’s really fallen into disrepair.

50 years playing this game and I’ve played some courses that were in bad shape, but NOTHING like this. Armadillo or gopher holes on every green with piles of dirt they dug up, tee boxes unusable to where they had the tee markers way up in the fairway to where you can drive a par 5, fairways full of crab grass I could go on and on. Just awful!!! Sad thing is I’ve played this course before and it was great. Not sure what’s happened since then, but they will never get my money again.

Intent is to work on your game when you hit it. In the rough. This is definitely the course for you. As if fairways never been mowed lol and aerated greens with holes from critter diggings.

Recently began playing a few months ago, mainly at this course. Let’s not beat around the bush here (in this case, overgrown bush), compared to other courses in the area, this place is a goat track. 90% of the tee boxes have been a mess since June. Fairways are full of weeds, the roughs are so thick that you might as well just pick your ball up and put it back on the fairway. Greens are horrendously either full of weeds, holes, or are just barren. Putting is like trekking through the Amazon. Certain holes have bush hazards that are so overgrown, you can’t see the pins. While I enjoyed playing this course to start golfing, I won’t be back anytime soon. None of my family/friends will play there anymore. Sure, it’s the cheapest course around, but you pay for what you get I suppose.

On the other hand, staff are extremely friendly and attentive to guests. Clubhouse is well kept.

That was the worst condition I’ve seen in a long time. Seems like they ran out of weed killer and the mowers all broke down at the same time. Fairways were long and weeds everywhere, rough was all weeds and 6-10 inches long, green were aerated and badly filled, weeds everywhere, deep holes all over the place. Unplayable greens. The positive, got a free beer and the staff is friendly.
