Save your money

This was the worst course I’ve played in years. More sand on the tee boxes than in the bunkers. Greens were awful. Waste of money today

Don't Be Upset on Teeing Grounds

Reading the reviews on YELP didn't lend itself too much for me to visualize before I arrived. Hemming and hawing about tee boxes - to which I can not deny, but I accepted this limited blemish and played the course. What a way to waste a day on a beautifully designed golf course, it's silly to make that your prevailing thought, but enough about them.

The fairways felt newly unique to me as I brushed my club over them, then my hand. Semi stiff and not viney which is what I've played upon here in Southwest Florida. The greens are Champion Ultra Dwarf - and the short stick was hot this day. Draining two bombs of over 20 feet and two ten footers early on, gave relief to my errantly sporadic tee shots.

The golf course winds through the naturally lush Florida wetlands and the fifty two - yes, 52 lakes make the water hazards an omnipresent danger, yet no feelings of heavy and intense intrusions.

Play a smart target golf game, avoid hooks and slices at all costs. Remember, a shorter shot will allow a nice look at overhang and red ON markerd. A longer path to the green isn't a bad mindset - and that's coming from me - Mr. Grip it and Rip It.

June 6 golf

This has been approximately the 20th time we have played this course this year and from time to time the course was an excellent condition. The last time we played it look like it was improving this time the greens were in bad Repair and I don’t know what I can stay positive about the greens. The fairways were good and the tea boxes were abominable. We love this course and we like playing it but we really hope it can improve in the coming weeks.

Awful

Needs to shutdown, this is easily the worst course I have ever played. The rough hasn’t been mowed in weeks, tee boxes are sand pits, greens are the same way only with more patches than a hobos pants, just avoid it. Needs to be completely redone to be playable.

Don't Waste Your Time or Money.

Course should not be open. When I arrived I was told that I have to play the back nine twice because the front nine is closed. Why get an early tee time if I am going to be behind golfers with a later tee time when I make the turn. The attached photos will give you an idea of the course conditions. It was so bad that I played six holes and left. Golf now should issue me a credit for promoting this golf course.

Terrible condition

Yea boxes are nothing but sand, rough hasn’t been cut in what looks like weeks, greens are chopped up and sand filled everywhere, course has gone completely down hill in just a year. They do not care about the course and it shows.

Terrible condition

The course was covered in weeds and seemed to be very neglected. Most of the tee boxes were dirt patches at best. No technology on the carts to help with distance. Cart guy was very nice that’s about the only positive. Way over priced for the shape this course is in.

Under maintenance

Course is under maintenance so the tee-boxes are awful, the fairways are not in great shape and the green are even worse. It is still a pleasant golf course but such condition makes it harder to play.

Might be the worst course in Florida

This is the worst corse I have ever played, clovers all over the “greens” every tee box is pure sand the cart path bridges don’t look trustworthy and the guy in the pro shop appeared to be in the edge of going postal. 0 out of 10 would not recommend

Roughly Rough

Fairways are good. Rough is thick and you will lose your ball. Lots of hidden water so you will lose your ball. Lots of overgrown bushes and ob so you will lose your ball. You better bring the top flights. And the worst part are the tee boxes. Some are nothing but weeds. Others are dirt. I preferred the dirt over the weeds. Worst tee boxes I’ve ever played on. I think there was only one hole #11 that had a respectable tee box. The greens were being worked on and it’s the beginning of the off season so that’s fine with me. I really like the corse layout. And it is challenging. However it needs some real love.

May 2023

The course is in vastly better shape than it has been in previous weeks and months and seems to be improving and they’re working hard to make it doing. Fairways are greening up and then greens are beginning to roll faster and smoother

Horrible

I made a big mistake not reading the previous reviews. The course is awful. Tee boxes are all dirt, fairways are all weeds, and the greens are full of weeds. It shouldn’t even be open. It needs to be shut down and fixed. Ver disappointed. I actually drove from Palm City to play in a waste dump.
