Course condition
I’ve been playing this course for years, the course was a little rough when I started playing back in February of this year, hats off to the landscape crew for improving the course. I enjoy playing here.
Why did I bother??
Haven't played here since early 2019. The course was nearly unplayable then, not much better now. Looks great from the road as I drive by it a few times a week. The green you seen isn't Fairway grass, it's mostly weeds. Lots and lots of shin-hi weeds. Unless you can keep your ball in the Fairway, on the Green or the cart path, you spend time and energy looking for your ball. When/if you find it, good luck getting your club on it enough to move it forward. Even the first cut fringe on the Greens is full of crab grass. They hadn't mowed the Greens for a day or two, but the last time they did, they didn't blow off the clippings. Never again.

Good Course
Overall they are doing a good job getting the condition of the course back in shape. The only negative feedback I have is that they need to have water stations supplied. The day was extremely hot/humid and all water stations were missing water coolers.

Improving
Course still not to good. Rain has helped a great deal. Looks like they sprayed for weeds in fairways.

Why All The Complaints ??
Course was in very playable condition.. One bad green and fairways were playable.. Traps need cleaning but just stay out of them and all is good.. Rough was weedy but could still make contact easily.. Greens were medium speed but did firm up as round went on-- Was a good day of golf for the price-- NO WORRIES and wil play again !!!
Needs work
The course has potential to be great. It needs about six months of recovery time. The greens had more sand than the bunkers.
