What a shame. This used to be such a goof course. The staff was average but at least they greeted you. I felt like I was communicating with the register rather than a person. The greens have weeds growing all over them. The fairways need sever attention and the tee boxes are all but bare and the areas with grass were so tall you had too tee it tall to see the ball. I ca t blame the course for the slow play except a marshal would have been nice to move some of the groups along. I won’t be heading back there anytime soon. And if you go before lunch bring a cooler the clubhouse does not open until after 11::00.

Played Silver Spring Shores two days before and they have no grass in the fairways and the greens are crap. Played Ocala Golf Club the day before and they punched their greens for the second time in three weeks. Complete trash with sticks and twigs in the top dressing.I have to say this course is in better shape than either of the others. They may have a few weeds around but at least you can find some grass in the fairway.

Overall nice course. A couple greens have more dirt patches on them then they do grass, some other ones have small grass patches of other types of grass that will deflect your ball on putts for sure. Overall nice course. Greens just definitely need some work.

The price may seem like it’s a good deal but trust me “IT’S NOT”. I’ve seen cow pastures with better conditions. Tee boxes and fairways were mostly sand and weeds. Some of the greens had more sand than grass, and I don’t mean that they had just been top coated, it was the lack of grass. It was my first and last time playing there. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

This course is in horrendous shape. Tee boxes are uneven and have no grass on them. The fairways are mostly sand and weeds. It is a struggle to find any real grass on this course. The greens are full of sand , weeds and mostly dead. Paid for 18 and played the front 9 with hopes that it would get better throughout, it got nothing but worse. My group went into the club house to get a refund on the back 9 where we were told "you get what you paid for" what we paid for was 18 holes on a decent golf course. We didn't pay for barely being able to make it through 9 holes of a miserable sandy, weed pit where there was more grass in the retention ponds than there was on the fairway. I would never recommend this place to anyone and feel bad for anyone who spends money to play here in the future. If I could have rated this negative stars I would have

I typically do not leave reviews, however this course/staff really impressed me! Hands down the worst course I have ever played.

•Tee boxes = Sand with 1 or 2 patches of grass

•Fairways = Rock hard sand with little to no grass to be seen

•Bunkers = Sand that has been packed down with a roller

•Greens = If you like brown bumpy greens, this is your place

If the manager would’ve helped out on the price I wouldn’t be typing this right now. Instead he told our 4 man that you get what you pay for, while agreeing that the course is not good.
