Not in Best of Shape
The Lakes nine holes in real good shape. Greens and fairways are in good condition although some fairways had dry areas. Greens rolled really nice.
The River nine not in as good a condition. Some greens not in good shape with other color grass. Some fairways need some TLC. Pace of play was good even though we were following 4 walkers. Player assistant dis come by to check on us. Staff very friendly, Plenty of drinking water on the course. Driving range in really bad shape. Putting and chipping greens in good shape
Big and Wide, Forgiving Course
this course is a good layout for people who just want to enjoy a good round of golf, the greens are big, and if u miss the greens u will land somewhere open

consitions are not as good as other premium courses, probably due to how big the land is, its very wide and open ! maintenance here is probably much higher
Pleasant Round
Played with 3 compatable strangers for a pleasant round, Dome damp spots a a couple of gravelly sand traps but course was otherwise OK/
Pleasant Round with 3 Strangers
Enjoyed the course with 3 new friends I met on 1st tee.We playedRiver-Lakes in under 4 hours and though I didn't play well the course was fair though the fairways grass was a little longer due to the heavy rain we've been having.
Only 1 course open
You could only play the dolphin course out of 3 total 9 hole courses, so I had to play it twice. Because of that I was stuck waiting for a while behind a threesome.
Nice Track
Great course! Some of the best greens I have played! Amazing service.
Bland
Fairways are weeds, tee boxes eh, and the greens are like molasses. Course is not very hard as it is open.
Looking good
Cocoa Beach has always been in pretty good shape. It was looking rough a month or so ago but it has turned around and it's in decent shape. Greens are the best I've seen in awhile. I applaud the agronomy team.
