greens were great
great greens!
good fun on a not so great weather day sprinkles and wind but all in all the course was in great shape and my buddy and I had a great time at a good pace (3hr30)
The greens were great and the putting was fast and smooth. highly recommend the course and a shout out to Dan at the pro shop, very friendly and helpful!
Beautiful
Amazing view from the River Nine. Banana River gorgeous. Greens have some new type of grass I’ve never seen before. Looks like perfect artificial turf. Smooth as carpet. Cool! Rest of course is a very typical muni course.

Always in really good shape. Only problem is OLD SLOW golfers with NO concept of rules!

As always, Cocoa Beach is an underrated gem. The greens were in pristine condition and fairways were also very well managed. Some wet spots here and there but that’s to be expected during the summer months. The only thing I’d say needs improvement are the bunkers; 75% of them are filled with what appears to be crushed up coquina rock instead of actual sand. I found myself in them more often than I care to admit and they were treacherous for my clubs. All in all this is still a fantastic course and a beating location for a round of golf.

Dolphin-River Twosome
I played the round with a stranger who also booked a hot deal but since he waited unyil the same day got a much better price. It was hot and muggy but a breeze picked up midway which was pleasant. Cart path only but the fairway seemed prety dry and the added exercise was OK. Pleasant day with good company and my round, though not great, was not bad.
Great shape
River/ Dolphin were in great shape. Especially the greens. Lakes course is walking or cart path only.
GREAT GOLF
Even though they had tons orf rain the night before, course was suprisingly dry. Tee boxes in good shape, greens were in excellent condition, best part of course. Had a great day there as usual. Will be go to for a while. 3 nines there, never gets boring.
