Hit or miss, but lately the course and greens have been terrific. Kudos to the green keeper!

Course is in great shape, nice layout, greens roll true but are very slow. Good pace of play and good value. Will be back!

Enjoyed a perfect round in a perfect weather. Typical late year condition, high rough grass, leaves on fairways but as expected.

Courses in very nice condition. The surrounding area amazingly nice and all the staff very polite and helpful. I will be back again and again.

Always enjoy occasionally playing this course. Nearly an hour drive each way. Not happy with management the last couple of times for various reasons. This time was paired with two others on a day with few players. One person wanted to play by himself so the starter let him go. Then the starter told me the two of us would have to pair up and I would have to give up my cart so the club could “save money.” I fully understand the “real” club rules but realize that clubs have a lot of grey areas. Just don’t see this as fair practice early on a slower day and just adding aggravation to what should be enjoyable. If you are going to enforce all rules, post them on your website, and at the door and stick to it. Disappointing cause I have considered joining this club in the past.

Fairways and greens in good shape. Greens are slow.

In the past this course has struggled with consistency and quality, even though fairways and bunkers were in good shape, all 18 greens were overgrown with almost 2 inches of grass creating shaggy type surfaces which made putting impossible. Certainly disappointing and not worth the drive to discover poor playing conditions.

Booked on golf now and nothing on the site mentioned anything about overseeding the greens. Was told when I got there, during the round, would not have played if I knew. It was very very difficult to putt.

I expect a slower than normal day on as Saturday afternoon, 75 and sunny, but it was a 10 minute wait on almost every shot. We left after 16 after 5+ hours and 3 groups waiting on 17. The layout is pretty good having changed 27 holes to 18, but the greens were very slow. Condition were less than average, bunkers were good. Overall an average course - rather play GC at Fleming Island - much, much nicer for less money.

Keep coming back. Always a good experience and best value probably in the greater jax area.
